Ava reached the front of the building , the place that she and Sharron had come in through and was momentarily shocked .
Private buses lined the way , all of them had Saint Queen boldly written on them .
Ava understood now why it had felt like the emergency response had come quite fast .
It was because it was Saint Queen , their hospital was one of the leading medical facilities in the country and they had their own private dispatch ambulances around the city so when people needed medical help , they did not have to wait very long .
Ava felt like she had talked about this Saint Queen very recently but for the life of her she could not remember how or when , probably because her head was occupied with Royal and the fact that he was now injured .
She pulled him to get him to walk as fast as she was walking but he insisted on lagging behind .
