He had feared that something like this would happen .
But between coming to Saint Queen's and directing Ava to the next closest hospital that was almost twenty minutes away , Royal had chosen this .
There was no way that she would be safe if they had drove for an extra twenty minutes .
As soon as the first security personnel ran out , Royal began to signal with his hand for the man to act like he had no idea who he was but that failed miserably .
While he was still thinking about the perfect plan to divert all of this from Ava ,the doors to the emergency room opened and people in scrubs poured out like water .
Royal's eyes immediately went to Ava but she was not looking shocked , she was simply running over to him to protest him from the horde .
She reached him before they did and pushed the door that she had opened back closed , shutting him in the car .
