The sky on top of the entire world of Satisfy was scarlet red, a colour which signalled nothing good at all.
This was the prelude to something horrendous, it's not just the players that are preparing a counter attack but the NPCs and the mobs too. After all, this was an event in which everyone was participating.
An impressive army formed by the union of a whole two million soldiers, generals, colonels and elites coming from all the countries of the world, approached the point which was gonna be the future battlefield... Adventurers, familiars and even religious figures were present at the moment.
Each step taken by the army made a shockwave travel through the land, all the way to the dragon nest where approximately two hundred dragons were preparing for a showdown, waiting for the ultimate signal.
As for Akira and Yatan, they were just standing below the enormous ticking clock which counted down one minute and thirty seconds before the cataclysmic event.
Akira looked at Yatan and noticed the tension building up around him, "I can see you're quite tense for a god of destruction." Akira remarked, he was floating on the air in a decontracted crossed legs position.
After hearing this, Yatan moves his head a bit down to see that his hands are shaking, "This... This is incredible, my Liege. I haven't felt such excitement ever since my prophesized fight against Rebecca. This is incredible!" He shouted, excitedly.
"Hm~. But it seems like the army has arrived. And would you look at that..." Akira was surprised to see that Grid showed up too, of course he only noticed him using super sight, after all this was still the early game of Overgeared and the main character was still kinda weak without any value whatsoever.
The event was programmed to be a MUST attend by Nox himself. Meaning those who aren't present get a permanent IP ban from the game, meaning any device trying to run Satisfy in a 200m² radius of the banned location won't work, forever.
That's why the employees at the S.A. group had to purchase a shit ton of newer and stronger servers to handle the ONE BILLION AND A HALF connected to the game, simultaneously, in the same location. The total budget was a flabbergasting 600 Billion Won.
"This is incredible, almost two billion players connected to the game at the same time... No video game of any popularity could— No, not even all accounts from every single game could surpass this count. It took only two hours to refund the budget for the new servers. So it was the right choice after all, Mister Chairman." Jeremy said, as he watched the huge double monitor projecting mind bending statistics as well as a live 8K footage of the in-game event.
The chairman put his feet on his office as watched the live event with focus, "Ha... Then I guess we should thank this hacker or... Bug or glitch for the content he's providing us. If the event lasts for more than five hours we'll have enough money to buy every single game company." Lim said.
"You think this is going to end well, Sir?" Jeremy asked, flattered by the heavy words his boss was speaking.
Before responding, Lim targeted the camera towards Nox, the floating virus, he looked closely at the boy's face and analyzed his emotions, he didn't seem tense at all. In fact, Nox seemed pretty chill and calm for someone who's about to get jumped by one sixth of world population.
"Of course no Jeremy. There was no virus in history which turned out to be beneficial to its host." Lim said, which made Jeremy stop his thoughts about all the good things that may, but now, won't come out of this situation.
"Prepare Morpheus." Lim said. "Y—Yes sir!" Jeremy responded.

"Ah, you all are finally here!" Akira expressed.
The entirety of the first front line was composed of all top rankers in the world leaderboard. Even Yura was there, and each time Akira would make eye contact with her she'd turn around and act confused like she hasn't seen him.
The second front line was formed by the most powerful guild leaders and their best guild member. What comes next is the army with its multiple generals and colonels to guide the brave men. To be mentioned that the generals working here are real life generals who've been through real time war, because fuck yeah we're not playing in this battlefield.
The one who moved close enough to the perimeter of death to Akira, was Kraugel. Of course, he's the number one player worldwide and the top ranker of his class.
He's a man as feminine as a woman with a neutral type of beauty. He's charming with stubborn black eyes, fine yellow skin, red lips, and well-styled black hair.
Smiling, Kraugel points his arm towards Akira while holding his weapon, "So you're the infamous god who started all this madness!" He said, cheerfully. The boy tilts his head to the side and glances at Yatan.
"Not just that but you revived the god of destruction himself too. So what can we classify you as?" Kraugel asked, smiling.
"Hm~. Anything really, I don't have any specific classification in this world~." Akira responded, nonchalantly while moving his shoulders up.
"Hahaha! You're really some fun god aren't ya. But you do realize this reality is nothing but the production of men." Kraugel asked.
At this point, Kraugel was trying to break Nox's view of reality to destabilize him, "Hm~. What you may see as a game is real enough for me to inhabitate." Akira responded.
You could feel Yatan smiling in satisfaction behind him. However, Kraugel wasn't satisfied by this response. In fact, it killed the fun.
Kraugel looks up and sees them seconds before the showdown. With a frown, he takes a few steps back, back with his comrades as he prepares to start the battle.
10... 9... 8...
"Oh, also, Kraugel, I presume." Nox said.
7... 6... 5...
"What? Do you want to give up?" Kraugel responded.
4... 3... 2...
"Haha by no means! I just wanted to warn you."
1...
"My reality, my rules!" Nox said, suddenly his body started morphing to something more grotesque, it was so big the server started lagging and the sun disappeared.
