Chapter 31 - Young Master

Hearing the man's words, Sada looked at Draco with a strange look on her face.

"What's he talking about, Draco?" she asked.

Draco scratched his head awkwardly, "Well, remember those two girls back in the room? I actually happened to pick them up from a nightclub."

Sada turned an angry glance at Draco, "The hell does that mean?! What's this guy talking about, Draco?"

Draco was just as confused as she was, so he snapped back at her, "I don't f*cking know! How about you ask him?"

Hearing their bickering, the sharply dressed man let out a chuckle, "Oh, dear. You two are simply amusing. Don't tell me you don't know why you must die today."

Sada looked at the man, and something flashed past her eyes as it clicked with her what the man must be talking about, and Draco thought that it was annoyance.

"That's right! You must've realized. I work for The Order, and as a representative of The Order's London branch I have full executive permission to enact The Order's will." the man said, a small smile on his lips.

The man then walked towards Draco and Sada while brandishing his cane, "Since you have violated the treaty under a domain within The Order's control, you have forfeited your life." he said, pointing the cane's sword edge towards the two of them.

Sada turned to look at Draco with a mixture of anger and annoyance in her eyes, "Draco, you dolt! Why would you openly use your powers in the city?" she asked.

Draco finally realized what he had done wrong, and he chuckled ruefully, "I was a little intoxicated at the time." he said, eyeing the British man cautiously as he backed up and put distance between them.

Sada clicked her tongue in annoyance, "It matters not, we have to get out of here now. If there's one of these bastards there's surely more somewhere close." she said, also backing up with her guard raised.

Suddenly, the man seemed to have grown impatient with the meaningless chatter, and stomped the ground to propel himself forwards.

The ground cracked under the force of his movements and the man sped towards Draco at a speed he almost couldn't follow.

Luckily Draco was on his guard, and he didn't hesitate to spray his MP7 towards the man's rapidly advancing figure.

The man began to move his blade to deflect the bullets, and successfully deflected several of them. However, he was moving so fast that he was unable to efficiently maneuver his blade, and as a result he was struck in the left shoulder by a stray bullet.

Unperturbed by his injury though the man continued his advance, and he ducked another spray of bullets before finally reaching Draco.

He then quickly spun around to slash out at Draco, but Draco saw the attack coming and jumped into the air, completely avoiding the attack.

As Draco sailed through air, he once again opened fire on the man, and the man was forced to stand in place to defend himself under the relentless assault of the MP7.

The man was stuck in that position for nearly 3 seconds as he continued to block the hail of bullets raining down at him.

He pushed his body to its limits as he moved his arms at speeds he never knew they could reach. For a short few seconds all that could be heard was the deafening clangs of metal as his blade blocked countless bullets.

However, to the man's dismay, his efforts could only stop the vast majority of the bullets. He grimaced as he felt several bullets slip past his defenses.

A bullet whipped past his cheek, grazing it and drawing a thin line of blood. Another bullet hit him directly in his leg, and another struck him in his forearm, almost causing him to drop his weapon.

Just as the man was about to reach his limit, Draco's MP7 could be heard clicking, and Draco realized that he had run out of ammo while still in the air.

Seeing his chance, the man didn't hesitate and launched himself into the air after Draco.

While the British man was focused on attacking Draco, Sada had pulled a long white tube from her robes and began to blow on it.

Sada couldn't hear the sound of the whistle, but she knew that it would be heard.

As Sada was calling for reinforcements, the man had quickly reached Draco's position and slashed out at his torso.

Draco was unable to defend himself while falling through the air, and was hit by the slash as he was helplessly sent flying towards the ground.

The man watched Draco fly through the parking lot in surprise, and as he saw Draco slam into a pillar he wondered why he hadn't been able to cut him clean in half.

When the man struck Draco's robes, he felt like he was slashing at water, and his blade was unable to penetrate through the fabric of the robes.

This fortunately meant Draco had avoided being cut in half, but it also meant that he had to bear the full brunt of the man's attack.

As a result, Draco was sent flying by an attack that would normally bisect him, but as he laid against the pillar he was thrown into he couldn't bring himself to feel disappointed.

Draco wheezed and coughed out a spurt of blood. He couldn't tell but he felt like something in his chest area was broken, and he could only be thankful that he could still feel strength in his limbs.

Bracing himself, Draco endured the pain and pulled himself up from the ground. Leaning on the pillar for support, Draco once again raised his MP7 and pointed it at the well dressed man who was now sprinting towards his position.

He only took a second to open fire at the man, who was now only around 15 feet away from him.

For a full 5 seconds Draco continued to spray down the man, who was slowly advancing towards him at a steady pace.

Although the man attempted to block as many bullets as he could, he was still inevitably hit by four more bullets before he was finally able to reach Draco's position.

Draco grimaced when he saw the man reach him and begin to send a slash towards his head, and feeling the pain in his chest he knew that he wouldn't be able to dodge it in time.

However, just when the man's blade was mere inches from Draco's head, a flash of white light could be seen.

A loud shockwave could be heard, and the next thing Draco saw was the man being sent into the hood of a nearby car.

Looking at the white robed figure of the Ḥāmin who had just saved his life, Draco almost collapsed to the ground in relief.

Draco wanted to laugh when he saw that the Ḥāmin was carrying a Luwey Vitton shopping bag, but he knew that the effort would send jolts of pain through his body so he stopped himself.

Their attacker was now slumped in the crushed hood of a car, and he had dropped his cane sword on the ground in front of him.

Draco saw that the man was still twitching, so he raised his MP7 and braced himself to finish off his mysterious attacker.

To Draco's surprise though, just as he was about to pull the trigger, a black flash of light whipped across the parking lot and stopped in front of the man's collapsed figure.

When the black figure stopped, Draco saw that it was actually a fairly old man dressed in what looked like Butler's clothing.

The man was tall and impressively built, and his severe features and graying beard made him look like some grizzled war veteran.

"Young master, you're alive. Thank the heavens I arrived in time." he said in a gruff, British accent.

The butler then pulled a vial out of his jacket pocket and crushed it above the collapsed man's lips.

Draco knew that he should probably be shooting at the butler right now, but he was actually so engrossed in what the man was doing that he had forgotten to.

Draco watched with inquisitive eyes as a shining red liquid dripped into the man's mouth, and he held his breath as he saw the man glow with a faint red light as his most severe injuries began to heal at a speed that was visible to the naked eye.

The bullets riddling his body began to slowly slide out of their holes, and they clanged to the ground as the holes began to close up.

When Draco looked at the man's body, he saw that he was only left with a broken arm after just a few seconds.

'Damn, I gotta get myself some of that stuff.' he thought to himself, wondering where you could even buy something like that.

"I told you that pursuing this report was a bad idea, and not only did you not listen, but you went and pursued it alone." the butler said angrily.

The injured man groaned and sat up from the crushed hood of the car, "I'm sorry James.. I thought I could handle it." he said with a saddened expression.

'James' shook his head when he heard this, "It matters not if you could handle them or not, do you not know who these people are?"

When James didn't hear the man's response, he continued, "That white robed man is a Ḥāmin, a warrior of the Khalid Dynasty."

When the wounded man heard the words, 'Khalid Dynasty', a look of surprise flashed across his face.

"The Khalid Dynasty? You mean the ruling family of Saudi Arabia?" the man said, shock evident across his features.

The butler nodded his head gravely, "Indeed. If they decide to press an issue about this, we will surely be martyred by the order to appease their king's anger."

Hearing this, the man felt like he had just swallowed broken glass. There was no way he hadn't heard the legends of the infamous silent soldiers of the Khalid Dynasty.

He had actually wondered why Draco was dressed so strangely, but considering that the white robed Ḥāmin were rumored to be unable to speak, he had failed to make the connection.

Now, in hindsight, he would have never tried to use The Order's treaty as an excuse to try and take advantage of these robed individuals.

He had originally assumed that Draco was some newly transformed lesser powered. He planned on killing Draco to consume the Progenitor blood within his body, but the recent developments had completely ruined his plans.

Sada then walked up towards the two of them, a smug smile hidden below her robes. "I'm glad you've finally realized who you were f*cking with." she said.
