"Why didn't you tell me you were going to Bali? Afraid I'll ask you for a gift?" Bambang sprayed as soon as I got out of Gepeng's car with Naya.
I immediately showed my innocent smile to Bambang. Well, I just came back this afternoon after a few days with my mom in Bali.
We are now at the alliance headquarters, I help Naya prepare a round of coffee for them.
"Nay, are you still fighting with Yogo?"
Seriously, I was quite surprised to hear Paijo's question to Naya. How could such a harmonious couple like them fight?
"I'll tell you later! Here, ginger! Hot and healthy! To avoid all kinds of viruses!" Naya also handed Paijo a glass of ginger coffee.
"Spicy Nay, you know that I don't like ginger!"
"You're not a child who doesn't want to drink or eat something just because you don't like it! Hurry up and drink! After all, the ginger isn't as much as your mom's! It's fine!"
I switched to sitting next to Bambang to just straighten my legs. I don't know why my feet are so sore.
"I was scolded by my mom because you didn't say you're going to Bali. He thought I misbehaved with you! I don't understand anymore, even though I'm her son, but you are the one in love. You're evil!" Bambang grumbled with a sharp look.
I laughed out loud.
"Nay..."
We all turned in unison towards Gabriel, the TG boy who called Naya's name in a deep voice.
"Have you broken up with your boyfriend?" he asked flatly.
I was quite surprised. Even though she is close to Yogo, as far as I know, Naya doesn't have a boyfriend. So, who is Gab referring to? I'm so curious.
"Not yet, my boyfriend has had plastic surgery, his face is getting more handsome. It's a shame if we broke up!" said Naya originally.
Gepeng and Paijo just smiled faintly while Gabriel frowned in confusion.
"Just kidding Gab," Naya said quietly.
Gabriel scowled in annoyance.
"So you broke up yet?"
"Alright! I've knocked him out!"
"Now you're my girlfriend then!" Gabriel ruffled Naya's hair.
The atmosphere became quiet for a moment. And suddenly Gepeng pulled me away from the base and half pushed me into the car.
I can still see the back of Paijo who seems to be bickering with Gabriel.
Wait, why are they fighting?
"We still have a lot of things to do," said Gepeng, then drove his car away from headquarters.
"Paijo!" I screamed as Paijo there threw his fist at Gabriel.
Instead of stopping, Gepeng drove his car even faster.
"Peng, stop! Didn't you see Paijo hit Gabriel?"
"Alif and Bambang are there. He won't let them die!" said Gepeng casually.
What do you mean?
"Peng?!"
"Didn't you see Paijo's eyes earlier? he'll be furious, and that would be a huge waste of our time. You know we have to take these foods to another base, right?"
I still don't understand why Gepeng left his friend instead of wanting to separate or anything.
"Don't worry, If they lose, they'll give up."
How relaxed was Gepeng responding? For the sake of what?
Seriously, what are they? Should it all be resolved by fistfights? What do they use with their mouths and brains? And wait, did Paijo do that because of Naya? But, doesn't Naya like Yogo?! Wow!
"Relax, Mel! Don't worry!"
Gepeng smiled lopsidedly. He didn't even look at me.

At the last base, there are only Roulette guys that Yogo handles. They immediately stormed the food Gepeng had brought and made a fuss because there was no original coffee.
Honestly, I'm still thinking about the guys in the previous post. Who lost? Paijo or Gab?
"Just relax, they won't die! They have nine lives!" Gepeng touched my arm slowly.
"Is he a cat, has nine lives?"
Gepeng laughed crisply and then took the fried food and ate it next to Yogo who looked at me flatly.
Seriously, that face doesn't have to be that slab, can it?
"Paijo why?" Yogo asked Gepeng.
"He punched Gabriel. But don't worry, Alif, Bambang, and the TG guys are also there, be safe," replied Gepeng after chewing the fried banana in his hand.
Safe he said? Crazy.
"The one you should be worried about is Gabriel. Paijo, when he's angry is scarier than Gilang!" said Yogo while glancing at me.
Whatever, which Gilang I don't remember. After all, who else is worried? I'm just curious who won and lost.
"Anyway, why is Jo punching people?" asked Yogo again.
"You know he doesn't like it when people disturb Naya!" said Gepeng while glancing at me.
Wait, what do you mean? Could there be a love triangle?
Yogo took a deep breath then smiled faintly.
Not long after, a call came on my cellphone.
I picked it up, and I heard Paijo's voice from the other side.
"I'm still alive!" said Paijo from the other side.
"Thank God!" I snapped.
And, why do I sound so annoyed? What is wrong with me?
"If you're worried about me, you shouldn't be flirting with Gepeng!"
Wait!
what am I?
Flirting?
"Not clear!" I immediately disconnected Paijo's call and left the base.
Someone ran after me and grabbed my hand to stop me from walking.
"Where are you going?" asked Gepeng confused.
"Want to find a signal! Here the signal is bad! Don't worry! I'm not going far!" I said slowly.
"I do, don't you?!"
"No, there's no need, I need space for myself. Just a minute!"

"Excuse me, I want to go home, but because it's late, I don't dare to be alone. Do you want to take me home? My mother must be worried at home."
I glanced at the clock on the wall pasted on the stall I was stopping at. It's half-past eleven.
Whose child is this, are you still outside at night? His mother was looking for this.
"Yes, I have taken you home. Where is your house?"
"It's close here, Miss, but through the Chinese cemetery! I'm afraid there will be a vampire stinging!"
"If you're afraid, don't come home at night, honey!"
"Yes, Miss," he said regretfully.
After paying for my drink, I rushed the boy back to his house. We walked along with the Chinese grave that the boy was referring to.
Honestly, I'm scared but sorry for this kid.
"What are you doing outside at this hour?" I asked the boy next to me. He's probably around nine or ten I think.
"Doing an assignment at the internet cafe, but because I don't understand, I'm just finishing it now."
"Next time, just ask your parents or sister to take you. It's dangerous to be alone at night. The kuntilanak knows how you feel!"
(Kuntilanak is a ghost from Indonesia in the form of a woman with very long hair)
The boy looked up at me and smiled innocently.
"I'm not afraid of kuntilanak, I'm afraid of vampires!"
Stupid brat!
After passing through a path with swamps on either side of the road, we arrived at a shabby hut.
At that very second, my breath caught and my body shivered.
This is not a kuntilanak child, right? Why is the house like this?
"Idiot, fall into the trap too, right you!" Someone's voice broke the silence of the night.
