As expected, at about eight in the evening, there was a knock on the door from the outside. After only three to four knocks, the door opened quickly and a figure entered. It was none other than the one whom Reese was familiar with—King.
"You're finally here."
King was a little surprised. This was the first time she had taken the initiative to speak to him since she had arrived at the hospital, and she even had an eager look on her face. Could it be that he had given her too much pleasure the last time, and now she was looking forward to his presence all day, constantly thinking about him?
In the short span of time that it took to close the door, King's mind had already wandered as far off as Earth was.
In his mind, the head of his dragon was already close to sticking out. He walked briskly towards Reese, grinning.
"What's wrong? Were you missing me already?"
