"You just need to" his hand stretched forward and Charis felt his breath on her neck, "put this here and drag this to the other side, see? You can make better analysis like this, no need to fret much."
Charis, distracted by his brilliant idea leaned forward with wide eyes, staring at her computer she smiled. "Wow... it really makes more sense, thanks a lot sir!" She said.
"Sir? I'm not that much older than you" Sebastian stated.
Pausing Charis turned to face Sebastian who thanks heavens had withdrawn to seat on the seat beside hers, "uh... does that even matter? Besides, you do not know how old I am." She replied matter of factly and Sebsatin looked up at the roof like he forgot something important.
"It doesn't matter, it is not working hours right now so you do not have to refer to me so formally," he said and Charis looked away.
"I would rather call you sir, it just sounds and feels wrong to refer to you any other way," she said as shameful memories of that night filled evaded her thoughts...

Charis pulled her phone out of her purse and dialed Cassandra's number but she wouldn't pick up. Shutting her eyes she drew in a deep breath and walked out, nobody blame her tomorrow she was out of here. Thank goodness she had the car keys as well. She pushed her wavy black hair behind her and pulled it on top of her head in a messy bun, walking towards the exit, grateful again that she didn't need to enter the bar to leave she scurried out the door. It was a pleasant feeling, leaving the banging of the speakers and all that loud music, never again she thought to herself, they won't force her to do this again.
She walked to the place the car was parked and stood before the car parked there. Her car was grey yet she stood before a black SUV. She already began to panic before she reached the car but she wasn't one to respond first hand by fretting. But what was this? She looked around walking in another direction maybe she saw it wrong?
"I am sure I parked my car here," she said, a crease in her brow. Digging into her purse she searched for the key, she would be able to find her car by pressing the button. "What is this?" Her eyes widened, running to the black SUV she stared at the car in hesitation first, the way light bounced off the car making it seem brighter and sleek she knew it was a luxury brand. But her panic forced her even further to dump the contents of her purse onto the car she searched for her key and couldn't find it. Her car keys were gone! She pushed everything back into her purse and began to sprint back to the bar. Her heart hammering against her chest she felt dizzy, no way!
She wasn't even done paying for the car she couldn't- "God please, please!"
Sebastian stood outside the women's room after previously exiting it. His tall lean frame created the most alluring silhouette as he leaned against the wall, one leg above the other. He threw his head back as he smirked, sticking his hands into his pocket he looked at his wristwatch. She left, she really left. This should have been a turn-off but somehow he really felt more attracted to her. What exactly what her deal?
Pushing himself off the wall he smiled at the blushing ladies that walked past him to the bathroom and headed back into the bar. His walk halted when he caught a bright pink out of the corner of his eyes, it could be anyone but when he heard that voice the corner of his lips lifted.
like a moth to the flame, he followed the source of the sound and came to the security room.
"Please! There has to be something you can do, please!" Charis pleaded, clutching onto the hand of the security man.
"There is nothing! I already told you, cars are parked at owners' risk, and I cannot give you the footage for privacy issues!" He yelled and Charis stepped backward, letting go of his hands, her eyes to the floor like a child getting scolded.
Sebastian's brows furrowed and he pushed the door open, his lips downturned. "What the hell is going on here? Charis?"
Charis turned to Sebastian with a tear-stained face, "it's you" she said.
In that instant, his fierce expression softened, and he walked over to her, placing himself between Charis and the man. "I won't ask again, what the hell is going on here? What did you do?" He growled at the security man who threw his head back and blew out a sigh.
Charis' small hands clasped around his arm and she looked up at him with those big teary eyes. Sebastian swallowed hard, did she really not know what she was doing to him? "my car... it was just outside, I parked it outside but it's gone now" she said softly, fresh tears falling down her eyes.
"Are you sure it was stolen?" He asked and she nodded.
"My keys are gone too" she stated.
"Have you called the cops?"
"I can't" Sebastian's brows lifted at her statement and for that spilt second his brain imagined everything. But when his thoughts were getting too wild he had to remind himself, it was Charis he was thinking about. He knew her for only a few minutes but she didn't seem like a criminal. In fact, he was sure she had never missed a recycling day or gotten a ticket for anything in her life. "He said I can't call the cops to a bar like this" she added.
"What?"
"He said I couldn't call a cop here, that it would affect their business" she repeated and his eyes widened, pulling out his phone he dialed the emergency contact and looked up at the security guard in front of them. "Do you want to show us the footage or should I call the cops?"
"Do you think that is going to scare me? Do you know who owns this place? You would be fucking dead if you made this place have any losses because of some probably washed down car she was driving" he spat back and Charis' face morphed into the perfect depiction of hurt and anger but as she looked for the words to put him in his place Sebastian was faster.
"Hello? Yeah, Sorokin, there's some bullshit guy here saying I can't see the security footage to a bar I have forty percent of" Sebastian said blatantly. The change was obvious, it didn't happen at first but these things take a while,
"You certainly hire the moist shitty people, I know I do not want all the money I put in here to be used on people like him. And we must find that car, no no it wasn't mine, it was for a lovely lady. Yes, she is very pretty too."
"That could be anyone" the man stuttered but in that instant, another man walked in apologizing profusely.
"Why are you looking at me? She is the one who was disrespected" He scoffed.
The manager turned to Charis and began to beg for her forgiveness while the security guard just stood there in shock. "No it's okay please just show me the footage."
