Gretta arrived at the café after a fifteen minute journey. Her neat clothes had changed into a casual suit, a light blue long sleeveless and loose trousers.
She entered through the back door, which only a few knew how to open.

The door opened with a pastry chef turning his head when he heard the sound of the door opening.
"Just arrived, Gretta? It's a bummer."
The chef's friendly greeting made Gretta's smile widen, especially when she smelled the aroma of the cake being baked.
"He-he…, yes, chef Rud. Coincidentally there is a family event," Gretta said, calling the chef friendly, who replied with an understanding nod.
"I see. Ah! I'm still baking klapertart. I'll separate one for you after it's cooked, heum," said Rud—Rudy Arnold, who works as a specialty cake chef at this Seeventh Century Café.
"That's great! Thank you, Chef! Indeed, Chef Rud is the best," said Gretta with a big smile.
"Then if I said I'd prepare you a cup of your favorite vanilla latte. Would I also be called nice by you. I see, heum?"
A sneer and a snort from the front entrance made the two people who were talking suddenly turn their heads and giggled, especially for Gretta when her eyes met the hazel eyes of a woman.
"You're disturbing my fun, Aya," snorted Gretta, calling Ayana's name—the daughter of the cafe owner annoyed.
"Like I care, I don't," Ayana said unconcernedly "It's almost evening and why are you here. Shouldn't you rest, Gretta?" she continued not intending to expel.
Ayana is only worried if Gretta doesn't get enough rest and will get sick later.
"No, I just finished taking a break. I want to serve customers until the evening, looks like fun," Gretta said, showing off her innocent grin.
"You can't, you'll be wanted later! Hurry and put on your apron." Ayana shifted her words, when she almost slipped up talking about the family problems of the young girl in front of her.
Gretta understood what Ayana was about to say. But she still thought she didn't understand and nodded enthusiastically, walking over to his apron hanging by the door.
"Maid Gretta is ready to serve customers!" cried Gretta excitedly, before finally exiting the kitchen.
Ayana stared at Gretta's back in silence, then turned to Rudy who was looking at her too.
"What?" said Rudy with a raised eyebrow.
"Until now I'm confused as to why her family is like that. Isn't Gretta a nice and beautiful girl! More than just that."
Ayana corrected her words quickly, expressing her opinion in front of Rudy who shrugged his shoulders as a sign of not knowing.
"People's lives are different, Aya. I can't comment when it comes to family and personal matters. Because for me, Gretta is pretty sweet like that, everything else is up to you," said Rudy with his candid opinion.
"Yes, I also like her no matter where she comes from. Even Papa already considers Gretta as his own child," Ayana said with a small smile.
"Heum, everyone who sees it must also like a child as cute as Gretta," said Rudy. "But alas," he continued, hanging up the sentence.
"But what?" Ayana said quickly, curious.
"But I'm old enough and she's still very young. Otherwise ouch! Gosh! Ayana you're so mean."
Rudy grimaced as he rubbed his head which was hit by a bottle of mineral water. Fortunately, the bottle was empty, otherwise it would have been confirmed that the head had lumps in three stacks.
"Step over to me first, if you want to be with her," spat out Ayana, annoyed.
"Geez.., possessive sister. Ah! Or are you jealous?" Rudy teased in between the throbbing pain.
"Gosh! I'm really lazy," Ayana pouted sarcastically. "I'd better go," she continued as she turned around and of course after sticking out her tongue to tease Rudy who chuckled a little.
"Ha-ha-ha…, you bastard Aya," he snorted in amusement.
In front, Gretta, who was already wearing a café apron, was lively and cheerful serving the busy customers.
Gretta's arrival in the late afternoon made the cafe atmosphere even more crowded. Many asked to be served by her and many asked to get acquainted.
The new Gretta caters to café diners at dusk and feels free, when she's outside at night like this instead of in her room.
The door swung open again with a characteristic clatter and Gretta greeted him quickly and turned her head.
Cring!
"Welcome to Café Seeventh!"
Uh!
The customer, who usually sits all day, was stunned for a moment, feeling lucky because at first he was having fun and wanted to drink espresso as usual. He thought it was impossible to meet the figure of this young girl in front of him, considering that the girl would come home in the afternoon, as far as he knew.
"Do you have a late night like this? Sit here, let's go!" invite Gretta friendly with a cheerful smile is still being reviewed.
The customer complied and followed Gretta who walked ahead, leading her to sit in the corner of the empty chair that was actually where she used to sit.
Yes…, although it must be accompanied by a sharp gaze and envy. But he was indifferent and walked with a triumphant face behind his flat mask.
Finally, the unnamed customer sat down and Gretta herself immediately prepared her notes.
"So what do you want, sir?"
"Espr-
"Espresso?" interrupted Gretta quickly and immediately giggled when she found the customer glaring at her.
"Hn, already know why you're still asking," sneered the customer sarcastically.
"Let's have a chat, sir. Let's just talk about it," Gretta said, not bothering when the customer started to get sarcastic.
Her lips pursed as she looked and heard the customer snort at her, "So is there anything else?"
The customer shook his head and started to take out equipment like usual "Hn."
"Okay nothing, then wait a minute, sir!" said Gretta then left the customer who was secretly glancing at his eyes, following her until Gretta arrived at the coffee-making counter.
His lips curved into a small smile when he saw the girl's beautiful smile. there, but he immediately looked away when Gretta turned to him.
"Shit! Almost caught," he thought with a pounding heart.
Gretta who saw the customer suddenly looked away with an amused smile. She decided to turn back to her father—Ronny, who called out to her with a steaming cup rising in front of her.
"Gretta…, this is it. the order."
"Yes sir, thank you!"
"Keh! You are so cute," Ronny chuckled amused when he saw the pose of someone who was considered his own daughter.
Gretta also approached the customer and placed the order carefully, then deliberately sat herself in front of the customer without caring about the other customers screaming for company.
Tap!
"Please, Sir!"
"Hn."
"No thanks? That's bad," Gretta sneered, looking at the customer with pouting lips.
"Thanks."
"Well! That's good," Gretta said with a happy smile, while the customer was secretly holding back a smile that was almost on his lips.
"Then why are you here?"
"Huh?"
