They dropped off their rental car and she drove there with them so she could take them to the airport afterwards. When they arrived and got out with their bags, they all stared at each other unsure what their final words should be.
Jenna cleared her throat and went first. She needed to drive how important secrecy was home and this would be her only chance to do it.
"Having you guys here has been like a dream and I'll cherish it for the rest of my life. Give everyone big hugs from me…just don't tell them it was from me. I wish things were different but this is my life now.
"Tuck the past few days away in your heart and never speak of it again. It's the only way to keep me and my life here safe. If anyone finds out where I am, I'll either die or have to move again. Which would honestly be about the same thing."
