Chapter 92 - The Goddess Makes an Entry

"How fascinating." Loreana muttered as she felt her spirit move about for the first time. Although it was not done through her own efforts, she still savored the moment.

It was similar to borrowing your friend's car for a drive. After all, besides your parents disappointed gazes, did it matter if the car belonged to you or your friend?

Due to living with Lady Faustina and Uncle Benny, Loreana had a rough idea about how high you have to climb on this path and how many mysteries you have to unfold about your own spirit before finally being able to make it move like this. It was a wonder how other knowledgeable people would react if they came to know about this little adventure of Anom.

Getting together, they once again began to "wander" in search of Crystal. Of course, it was only Anom searching, while the two ladies simply accompanied him while enjoying the fresh experience.

The state they were in currently was pure emptiness. They couldn't see or feel anything besides each other. But it could also not be called darkness, as darkness also existed, but here, nothing besides their spirits did.

Anom perceived this state as a void that was devoid of everything that existed in a physical sense. Something eyond what was recognized by the human's common sense. As for energy, he still had no idea because he could not control it to reach this place yet.

Suspended in the emptiness, Anom led their group while trying to sense Crystal's spiritual presence. But no matter how he focused, no response was received. Even though back in the physical world Crystal was practically glued to his body, matters such as distance had no meaning here if you were powerful enough. And clearly, at the moment, Anom was finding his control and range insufficient.

He stopped when he realized that searching like this would only be futile and began to think of a solution.

"Anom…" Loreana was also getting restless, even though she knew Crystal was fine in reality. She didn't want to leave her daughter behind.

After thinking for a while, Anom finally had an idea to try. He called the spirits of Loreana and Luna closer before saying, "Maybe it'll work if we do it together." He paused before instructing them, "Luna, Loreana, quickly try to search for any sign of another presence and direct that focus over to my spirit."

The duo expressed their agreement and complied with the commands he gave.

Anom himself was trying to keep his focus at its peak. Suddenly, he felt two fluctuations coming into contact with his spirit as the resonance he felt increased in range.

It was mainly an improvement in terms of range, but the basic essence of the search frequency remained the same.

But it proved to be sufficient, as Anom had already felt a feeble presence somewhere in that emptiness.

Navigating through the emptiness, the three soon arrived at the position of the weak presence.

Anom saw a ball of sapphire blue light quivering on the spot. Recognizing it as Crystal's spirit, he hurriedly went toward it.

Luna and Loreana wouldn't have seen it normally as their senses could not reach beyond their own selves, but being connected with Anom on a spiritual level allowed them to take in the sight of him caressing the sapphire blue spirit. Following that, the blue light ball seemed to have been freed from its "cage" as it hastily bumped into Anom, who directed it towards the duo.

"It was so boring, I was almost going to wake up if you'd taken any longer," Crystal complained before looking at the three and saying with a spoilt tone, "Hmph! You three have already found each other and left me for the last."

"You're here, aren't you?" Anom said before commenting, "And I could have found you earlier had your spirit been a bit stronger."

"What can I do?" Crystal's tone turned helpless. "I'm not super talented or gifted like you guys." Anom couldn't see her features, but he could guess she was probably pouting right then.

"Is that so?" Anom asked. "Then are you telling me that you'll just stop improving yourself then?"

"That's not what I meant."

"Then push away that mentality of yours, alright?" He continued in a soothing tone, "You do not have a special spirit like the three of us? That's totally fine. You just have to remember that every spirit is made of will and energy. I don't know how to improve the energy aspect at the moment, but a will is unique to each individual."

"It's up to you to make it or break it."

Crystal turned silent before her serious voice was conveyed through the blue light ball: "I understand."

Anom ended the matter at that before saying, "Let's go since we've all gathered together." He gestured to the ladies, "Come a bit closer, and whatever happens, don't freak out because I myself do not know if it will work."

Seeing that everyone was ready, Anom nodded to himself before triggering Della's soul imprint.

Swoosh~

Everyone vanished from the buffer zone of emptiness, appearing in a brightly lit space.

Anom looked around and heaved a sigh when he found the ladies standing beside him.

"Where is this?" Crystal looked around in curiosity, but all she could see was a pure white, blank space.

"This is my soul world." Anom introduced.

"Soul world?" Loreana was surprised. "There really is a soul?"

"Of course." Anom nodded as he knew that regardless of the world, the existence of a soul has always been a debatable topic. He wanted to explain a bit more, but someone else arrived on the scene and did the job for him.

"A soul is the acknowledgement that your existence has received from the universe." A pleasant voice that didn't belong to anyone from the Anom's group was heard.

The ladies turned their heads in surprise and turned towards a point in that directionless space.

They saw a graceful figure walking towards them. It was a woman, appearing to be in her twenties. Her glossy black hair was tied in a ponytail. She was wearing a long green skirt, with just her slender calves exposed. On top was a white tunic with some flower patterns.

As she came closer, the ladies finally laid their eyes on her face, and their breaths halted as they kept on staring without blinking.

They watched as, with each step she took, a major transformation happened to the blank world.

The ground appeared beneath their feet before getting covered in beautiful flora; the sky turned blue, and a gentle breeze rustled through their hair.

The ladies stared at each other with their mouths agape as all this happened, but most of their attention was still on the new woman that had appeared in front of them. Seeing her visage, a single word appeared in their minds.

Divine!

That was the word that appeared collectively inside their heads when they saw her appearance.

But it was not her beautiful features that made her stand out. No. It was her aura.

She radiated a unique presence that made them feel like they were showered in the most pleasant spring breeze. A soothing feeling that seemed to envelop even their souls, similar to getting embraced by the world, made them forget every trouble they had ever faced. The ladies couldn't help but close their eyes, their expressions calming as they seemed to have entered a special state.

"Hello, everyone."

The pleasant voice brought them out of their trance as the ladies looked at each other before looking at the divine lady in amazement. They didn't know what to say. They could feel that something inside of them seemed to have changed, making them feel more spirited than ever, but they just couldn't describe it.

"My name is Della." Seeing everyone's attention back on her, Della introduced herself with a smile. "I'm Anom's lover."

The simple introduction made the girls relax, as they couldn't help but politely reply with their own names.

A short silence followed before Loreana couldn't help but turn to Anom. "Is she really the one you mentioned?" she asked with some doubt.

"Did you win the lottery or something?" Crystal also expressed her disbelief at such a girl being Anom's lover.

"This big sister is really beautiful." Luna also nodded to express her agreement.

Anom, who was standing at the side with his hands crossed, turned speechless. He couldn't help but look at the smiling Della.

What a scheming goddess! One grand entry, and you've already won them over?
