What happens when you reject a dragon?
I wouldn't have known the answer a week and a half ago, but now I know a few options. They don't take it well. Now, imagine rejecting three of them at the same time... That's what we were dealing with. However, they're not the only dragons I'm forced to handle.
We have had several other dragon clans from the region approach us, and the strangest thing keeps happening. All of their unmated males under the equivalence of twenty-five claim Zoe is their mate. They see her and declare it like it's law, and I'm starting to worry. No one's done anything violent, but we've had to up security again. After the seventh time, a dragon came to Zoe's school to declare his undying devotion to her; I had to have the seals readjusted. Thankfully, that was much easier to do now that they were fixed, and we kept those areas guarded.
It's keeping them out but not stopping them from sending gifts, letters, and threats.
