Getting the woman under control turned out to be easier than expected.
We used the sheets on her bed to make a rope, and she didn't fight when I bound her arms and legs to a chair. The situation wasn't ideal, and I wasn't interested in complications. However, nothing ever came easy. Whatever I was meant to do here had everything to do with this woman, so I would have to quickly get the truth from her. Then, I didn't know what to do. Get out of here? Find more clues?
She was younger than I thought she'd be.
The woman looked older than me in the throne room, but now she looked about eighteen. This complicated things because I saw at least a dozen dolls on a shelf by the bed. They all looked like different versions of the same girl but much more perfect. So, who's to say this version was the real one? My only guess was that she wasn't as divine.
