"I got as many as I could find," Taylor said, setting the multiple bags on my desk. "I don't know if that's enough."
"We have cards at the coven house," Billy looked at the assortment of oracle and tarot cards Taylor had gone out to purchase, his expression a mask of confusion. "You didn't have to go buy these."
"I asked her to," I admit, looking at the witch. He looked worse for wear, and I wondered how everyone else was. "I know things are hectic right now over there."
"The building's fine," He assured, wincing as he adjusted his sling. "We stopped the fire before he did more than burn one of the trees. Like I told you, everyone's alright. Whatever you did, it saved us."
That didn't mean everything was alright.
