I figured that out quickly enough after meeting all the werewolf leaders, thirteen in total, each with a pack of around fifty or sixty. I even met the Alpha of the girl I saved. Their world required them to be more primal and feral, which wasn't as civilized as the core. Yet, even inside this ecosystem, things were chaotic and dangerous. The first thing I came to know was that all of the thirteen packs spoke different languages.
That would be a problem.
