I couldn't get the metal out of my side as quickly as needed. It would take too long, and I wasn't sure I could get Willow and Hannah out before the spell ran out. So, I didn't try. What I did was much more dangerous, and everyone would say I was out of my mind. I was, but I blame it on the blood loss and panic.
Stretching my good arm out, I used a flicker of magic to force the door open.
It was a good thing Vali was cut off from me because she would've been screaming at me. Yet, it worked. The door flew open, and the car didn't move. The spell didn't falter, and I only felt a twinge in my stomach, which settled quickly. It looked like it hadn't taken that much to do.
"Go!" I ordered, pushing as much of my Alpha tone in the word as possible.
