Freddy was so busy banging on the door, pleading for his mate to let him in. So, he wasn't paying attention to anything else. He had no chance to react when I ripped him away and pinned him by the throat to the opposite wall. The doors shook from the impact, but nothing broke. I didn't have to use much force with Freddy. He used to be an incredibly powerful werewolf, but Aurora's attempts to kill him hadn't left him yet, which made it easier to subdue him.
"It's not… what…" He tried to explain himself, shaking his head, but I growled, warning him that his excuses wouldn't be accepted. "I'm not…"
"You can talk as much as you want at the Red Mountain," I wasn't in the mood to listen to anything he had to say. We trusted him, and I hated the idea that he'd always been working for our enemies.
