I sat down in the new chair I hadn't had the opportunity to use, staring at the mural on the wall.
This isn't where I should be, but I felt stuck. It's not like last time when I went for a run. I wasn't frustrated with everyone, and the air I needed wasn't to find my anchor. This time, it's the opposite problem. I'm stuck too deep in the world they say I'm supposed to be.
What am I?
Am I Luna? A sorceress? The Rider of Famine? The werewolf queen, the Silver Moon? Or am I something else?
There was no worse time to have an identity crisis, but I felt it deep within me. Somehow, it came on tonight because of something none of us had any power over. Yet, it felt like it had everything to do with me. Did Odie feel it, too? This sense of loss that made no sense? Was Atlas someone like my mother? Someone who was loved and cherished by someone and stolen away for an impossible task?
