"I didn't expect to see you so soon," Alister opened the door, his eyes fixed on me before stepping aside to let me in. "I thought you'd call for me."
"I considered it," I walked across the threshold and looked around the small cabin. It was a single room and was more than a little rustic. "No electricity yet?"
"What makes you think I'll put any in?" He arched an elegant eyebrow at me, closing the door before following me further into the room.
"A hunch. You don't seem the kind who likes the outdoors without comfort," And I was being sincere. Something about him didn't scream Lord of the Rings elf. The closest I could compare to that was Legolas, which was a stretch. He didn't look much like Orlando Bloom. "Unless I'm wrong."
