"Saving you..." She cries out in pain, trying to stay as still as possible. "This would be a great time to lick me..."
She wasn't joking, even though she sounded like she was, but there was only one problem with that idea. My powers aren't back. The fucker cheated, and the fight ended in that second, but Chagan and Fenrir are nowhere to be found. My senses are dulled, and I might as well be blind, deaf, and have nerve damage in every part of my body. I've never been without Chagan. Even as a kid, when the others in the pack had to rely on human senses because their wolves hadn't fully matured, I wasn't burdened with that problem.
