"So, how deep are we?" We'd been wandering in the mines past the smaller tunnels for a while. Things were opening up, and you couldn't see any light or breathe fresh air anymore.
"Not as deep as you'd think. It just feels that way," Luke was in front since he'd been here before. The lighting was dim but enough for our werewolf sight to guide us. "They didn't excavate much further than the humans did."
"That's still a long way," I stop, staring at the supports. "What are the chances of cave-ins?"
"Incredibly low, and you'll see why when we get to the main caverns." So why did Luke look wary about that?
