"Are we sure we want to trust her?" Luke looks into the kitchen and sees Mary sitting at the table with Vincent and Amanda watching. "I trust your judgment Nefera, but a cookie recipe isn't much of a verification process."
"I talked to Maggie," I huff. "She confirmed that Sarah did talk to her and asked her to come and check on me."
"What about the black coral?" Ivan leans against the porch rail. "Did she tell her to ask you about that?"
"No, Maggie said that was all Mary," I sigh, looking at the witch. "And I don't think we have much choice but to trust her."
"Sure we do. We can send her on her way," Ivan scoffs. "Or if she pushes her luck, we'll kill her."
"We can't kill everyone you don't like," Luke smirks at his friend. "But, I've given her hospitality rights. That means if she tries anything stupid, she's all yours."
