We'd sat in the room for hours, the memories of the past not revealing anything else.
Maybe I didn't need to see more, or perhaps I did, but I was glad nothing else happened. It gave me a chance to just be with the wolf who was me. I didn't think the things I'd seen were a lie, meaning Jushion had somehow found a way to take my wolf from me. That explained why I was wolfless in my past life. However, it didn't explain how I'd been born to this life with Chagan.
It was strange to sit here with the giant wolf and think of the brother I'd grown up with my whole life.
