Logan was beginning to get really tired of Kitana's indulgence that she should follow him to her father's kingship anniversary. Honestly, despite the time, the fact that he had once been to the demon kingdom before meant he wished to go back there. Tyler had also invited him earlier, since they were business partners. But then, Kitana was on his neck and asking him to come to the anniversary. He hasn't been to the demon city for a gathering before, so maybe he should just give it a try. But then, he did not want to make it seem like he was going for Kitana.
"Alpha Logan, I think you should go. Kitana isn't your mate, so you don't owe her anything, you know."
"Any news about her yet?"
Arnold heaved a long sigh which Logan understood as a no.
"No news yet. I think she might have escaped to where she came from. If there was nobody, she would be in our territory and we wouldn't find her. "
