Logan was seriously thinking about where the Princess might have run to. He didn't want her to get caught by Macbeth. She was his mate for goddess' sake. This was the perfect time for him to go in search of her. Though he had an agreement with Ryder earlier not to go in search of her for fear that they might be tailed by the demon king.
But then seeing how relentless the demon king had become had put him on his toes. He had sent his men to find her but yet, but they couldn't get her. He knew she had escaped with the creature, but what he did not understand was why she would choose to be with the monster. She wasn't scared at all and that put him on the edge.
He should have made her stay when he had the chance. Ryder failed in this aspect. Now they are both mateless because they dwelled on the fact that she was a hybrid than the fact that she was their mate given by the moon goddess.
