Chapter 150 - Chapter 150

"You." Danzel growled. The man was making fun of him. Thinking that he had done wrong. When in fact. It wouldn't be. The older man just chuckled. Danzel walked over to Joseph. A grin spread across his face. "You're damn lucky that I like you. If it was anyone else. I wouldn't find a joke like that very funny." The old man just chuckled.

"So then Sire. What do you plan to do? Do you still want to have the open door policy the day after tomorrow? And if so. What about the Miss's birthday? When would you like to celebrate that?"

"I would like to do that as soon as possible." Danzel rubbed his chin as he thought. "I would like to make it the week from Friday."

"So next Friday?" Joseph questioned.

"That would work." Danzel nodded. "We can get the open door policy taken care of and then work on making the celebration for my wife. Oh, and Joseph." The older man nodded. "I want you to find out who the friends are of my wife. I want to have this as a surprise. I want to make sure that she knows nothing about it.

"So a surprise party?" Danzel nodded.

"I want it to be perfect. So please. Make sure that no one speaks of it. Kay." Danzel patted the man's shoulder and began to walk away. "I'm counting on you." Danzel spoke out as he continued on his way down the hall.

"Yes Sire." Joseph bowed as he watched his King walk away.

Jaysa was in the library reading a book with Madison. The girl had started on new dress, but then stopped saying she wanted to read. That didn't bother Jaysa in the least. She wanted to stop making the dresses anyway. The girl was starting to surpass her when it came to making new dresses. She may not be needed anymore. Yet. That is not the only thing that Jaysa was thinking about. Her husband had been acting weird for the last couple of day. She couldn't help but think of what the reason could be. She knew that he wasn't pouting or mad about anything that she was aware of. Even though she was pregnant, they still were intimate at night. So she was unsure what the man was hiding.

"What's wrong?" Madison looked up at Jaysa. Jaysa turned to make eye contact with Madison. Worry showed on her face.

"N…Nothing is wrong." Jaysa finally replied. The girl cocked her head to the side.

"Really. Because it doesn't look like nothing to me." Jaysa couldn't help but smile. She had been around the girl for too long that she could tell when she was not up to par.

"It's really nothing. I'm only thinking about some things. Nothing to worry about." Jaysa smiled at the girl,

"Are you thinking about the baby?" Jaysa touched her stomach. She was nowhere near to be showing. She shook her head. She tilted her head to the side and moved her gaze to the smaller girl next to her.

"Not this child anyway." Madison let out a small laugh. She knew right away who Jaysa was talking about.

"So, what has he done now." Madison questioned.

"That's the thing. I'm not sure." Madison stayed quiet. "I think he may be hiding something from me but I'm not sure. He acts the same as he normally does. But I just have this feeling." Madison leaned back on the chair she sat in and took in a sigh.

"I'm sure it's nothing. It may be some type of emotions that are going through your body since you are pregnant. So you may be over thinking things." Jaysa thought for a moment and then nodded her head.

"You may be right. It may be nothing at all." She had gone to the event the other day and Danzel looked fine to her. Yet, after that. He seemed a bit off. She looked over at Madison. The young teen read her book with glee. Maybe she is right.

The girls sat in silence as they read their books. The sudden voice startled them.

"May Queen. Are you in here." It was Joseph. Jaysa spoke out to the man.

"We are over here." Jaysa watched at the man walked up to the females that were sitting comfortably on the small cushions. "Why is it that you are looking for me?" Jaysa questioned.

"I need to you come with me. The King wants to talk to you about something and he needs to see you right away." Joseph explained. Jaysa let out a sigh. What was it now that the man wanted from her. She pulled herself up for her seat. Walking over to the table, she laid down the book she was reading.

"Okay." Jaysa turned to look at the older man. "I am ready to go." Joseph nodded. "Little Miss. Are you not coming?" Madison gave the man a confused look before jumping up and placing her book next to Jaysa's.

"I am going as well." A smile showed on the young teens face.
