Chapter 119 - Chapter 119

Jaysa walked into the sleeping chambers with her husband following close behind her. The entire day had been so tiring. She just wanted to crash. Walking over to the side of her bed laid the usual sleeping gown. She bent over to pick it up but was stopped when two arms formed around her stopping her in her place.

"What is it?" She asked her husband in a quiet voice.

"Nothing." He said as his grip tightened. He laid his head on top of her shoulder. "I just wanted to hold you." Jaysa had a small smile on her face. She placed her hands on top of the ones that were wrapped around her.

"Are you sure that there is nothing wrong." She asked again.

"I guess…." He started to talk and turned his head away from hers, but kept it where it was. "I'm actually just extremely happy that you are comfortable with your life now, with us. My uncle was right though." Jaysa moved her eyes to the direction that his head was on. "I did bring you in here against your will, and forced you to marry me. There are a lot of things that have happened over the past year. But I'm still so happy. Even though we had a rough start, you still fell in love with me." He started to lightly laugh. "You may find it stupid, but I was actually scared that you would come to hate me. I didn't want that to happen." Jaysa brought a hand up to her husband's head and started to stroke it.

"I know for a fact, that if you would have just forced everything on me, then I would defiantly hate you. But because you allowed me to make my choice on many things, I couldn't really bring myself to hate you. Even though I couldn't open my heart to you fully, I was just scared of what would happen if I did. Joseph even told me that he wishes that I fall in love with you, because you are a good child." She started to laugh a bit. "That man is one man that I know I can always trust." Jaysa was quiet for a moment before speaking again. "I know one thing for sure, is that I don't regret falling in love with you. And if we can, I would love to keep strengthening our relationship. Also," She took one of the arms wrapped around her and placed it to lower stomach. "If we can try for another child, that would make me even happier than we are now." Danzel pulled a bit away from her to look into eyes. He smirked.

"Well, if you are so fond of having my child, then let's make one."

"Wai-," Before Jaysa could respond, she felt his lips on hers and a tongue sneaking its way inside her mouth. She opened her mouth allowing him to slip in. I guess I won't be able to get the sleep that I was hoping for. Oh well. Jaysa thought to herself as she allowed herself to be drowned in the pleasure her husband was giving her.

Making her way down the stair, she found the cells at the end of the small stairway. She held a key that she found at the entrance. There was a note attached to it, and she knew right away that it was from Mr. Franken. She opened the note and read the content.

"Since we decided to make this little game, I thought it would be fun if I gave you some leverage. Here is the key to the man's cell. The guards will not bother you while you do this challenge. Last time you had food, and I was wondering how you would feed him since he is chained to the wall. So use this key so you can walk in and hand feed him. That is, if you're not too scared. I can't wait to see that the results are.

LT Franken."

"That man." She spoke to no one in particular. She took the key but crumpled the note. She again had the basket of food. She had asked one of the maids to get her some bread and meat. This time it was sheep meat, with wheat bread. It was still a bit warm since it was just freshly cooked. Hearing the sounds of her shoes on the tiles echoed the entire room. The man was lonely and she could tell. The guards are in the room with the man. However, they do not talk to the man nor do they get into Jaysa's way when she comes to see the man. So she knew that she would be alone for quite some time. She grabbed the stool that was moved back to the entrance of the dungeon. Bringing it front of the cell that held the wild beast. Setting the stool on the floor next to the man. Jaysa sat down on the tiny wooden seat and placed the basket of food on her lap. She looked at the man again. He still showed no interest in the visitor that was in front of him.

"Are you able to speak?" Jaysa asked breaking the silence. However, the silence was only thing that answered her question. "I again brought some food." She started again. "This time I had the maids make some fresh wheat bread with some sheep meat." There were no words that were spoken, but the silence was broken. She could hear the man sniffing the air. She knew that the man was hungry. Getting off of the stool, Jaysa made the decision to unlock the cell door and make her way inside. The man looked up at her as she invaded the cell he which made her take a jump back. Slowly, Jaysa made her way over to the man.
