Chapter 9 - Constance - Wolf Mate

The feel of her carnal need had me panting for air. I pulled back to catch my breath only to be bombarded by her lips again. I wrapped my fingers in her white hair and pulled her as close to me as I could.

Her hands started to massage my back, roaming and kneading. It felt so good to be wrapped in her arms. I felt her pull away again and I growled at her. She looked at me and giggled. I could see that her eyes had changed to purple.

"Hello," I said quietly. I knew that Bambi was no longer there, "to what do I owe the pleasure of talking with you?"

She stared at me for a second before she found words. "Sorry princess, I wanted to introduce myself. I'm Angel. I want to talk more and the only reason I'm surfaced is that Bambi is blocking out her Alpha and he's commanding her down now and she's pissed."

I laughed, "why so upset baby?" I questioned while I winked and walked backward a couple of steps.

Angel growled and smirked, "because we are being interrupted," she said aggressively while also walking back a couple of steps. Her eyes slowly went back to their original blue.

"I am so sorry if that scared you, princess. I have trouble controlling my anger." Bambi said quietly. "I was enjoying our moment and wanted nothing but more time."

I finished putting on the dress she had handed me and locked eyes with her as I finished placing the last strap on my shoulder. I blushed knowing she had been watching me.

"I can't reach the zipper," I said quietly and turned my back to her. I felt her fingertips touch me softly at the base of my spine as she zipped the dress up slowly. Placing soft kisses up my spine as the zipper closed behind her lips.

I felt her hands run down my shoulders and arms as her hands reached mine as she slowly walked me out of the closet.

"We must head down. The Alpha King is almost here." She said reluctantly as she led me out of her door.

I held on to her hand through the house. Everyone was staring at us on the way. My tattoos started to swirl and change colors and at the same time, I watched as the wings on Bambi's back started to slowly change colors too.

I gasped out loud and pulled back on her hand to make her stop. She turned around and looked at me quizzically.

"Your wings are changing colors," I spoke quietly.

She smiled at me. "That means our bond is stronger than I thought already. That's a good thing princess. It'll help me keep you from danger." She swept me down one more flight of stairs before she ran into someone.

"Oh good, I caught you before they arrived." I heard the woman say.

Bambi growled a little, "now isn't a good time Sharon, Alpha is mad I'm not standing next to him already." She said trying to hold in her anger.

"I'm sorry, you need to hear this." She said lowly. " There is a part of the prophecy that was misspoken."

I looked around Bambi to see a little old lady with a walking stick. She had radiant silver hair and striking green eyes. I waved at her shyly.

Sharon looked at me a smiled hesitantly. "You don't have one other mate." She said quietly, "you will have a harem of mates."

"Is that even possible!" Bambi exclaimed, "I have been taught that only one, we are blessed with one."

I could feel Bambi's confusion and anger. "Why does that upset you?" I asked her quietly.

She looked at me and caressed my cheek. "It doesn't anger me, it scares me. Do you know how sought after you're going to be?"

The thought hadn't crossed my mind, I looked over at Sharon. "How is it possible?" I asked curiously.

The old witch held her hand out to me. "Your powers can call to all spirit animals. You're not just a tiger princess. You're all of them." She exclaimed. "Your mates will bring out the other spirit animals that are within you."

I looked at her and laughed. "You're crazy. Nope!" I grabbed Bambi's hand and walked towards the front door. "I'm not listening anymore, you're in trouble let's get out there."

"It's about time!" The Alpha practically yelled at Bambi.

"I'm sorry Alpha," I said loudly to him and curtsied, "it was my fault, I was still healing and was having trouble getting down here quickly." I turned and winked at Bambi, who was smirking.

The Alpha coughed and looked at Bambi with a raised eyebrow. "It's alright princess. Please stand to Bambi's left."

I nodded and stood next to her, gently playing with her hand. She looked at me from the corner of her eyes and winked at me playfully. I felt her tense in a matter of seconds as I watched her and followed her line of sight. Three big Nissan Armadas were coming down the gravel road.

I watched as they came up the U-shaped driveway of the packhouse and stopped. The Alpha moved forward to greet them as a tall man with peppered grey and black hair stepped out of the passenger side door of the first vehicle.

"Alpha King Damien!" I heard Bambi's dad say loudly. As he clapped the Alpha on the shoulder.

"It's good to see you Skip, old friend." King Damien said as he grabbed Skip in for a hug.

That's when I saw a younger version of the King step around the front of the suburban, he was almost the spitting image of the King. Midnight black hair and emerald green eyes.

I watched him as he sniffed the air and looked directly at Bambi and me. I felt her tense again as she shifted to move me behind her. I heard them both growl.

The King and Bambi's dad looked at all of us. The Prince launched himself at me and I screamed not sure of what to do. The action panicked me and I ran back toward the house.

I heard the thump of two big bodies hitting each other as I turned to watch Bambi launch herself between us and on top of the now midnight black wolf. She had him pinned. But I could tell she was mind linking him.
