After Abel has run out of the building, about three minutes or so, the old lady has already gotten out of the dizzy state and she started to revert back to her usual self while staring out in hope of seeing Abel running but to help surprise he was nowhere to be found.
"How can he be that fast even with a wound on his stomach, he should have weakened a lot or maybe dead" she said before walking out of the building and went to inspect the place in search of his body.
After searching for a long time and was not able to locate his body, the old lady went back to the building where she sat down with a smile on her face as she mutter to herself with an evil grin on her face.
"Seems like he got help from someone meaning my identity would soon be known to all and they will come knocking on my door soon enough. There will be enough food to last me for a longer time".
Meanwhile, Abel who the old lady thought might be taken to the hospital was actually hiding on a tree and since it is late in the night, she couldn't notice him hiding there, and after she left the place, he let out a sigh before focusing his attention at the wound on his stomach which seem to have healed up.
"Good thing I drank some blood after my train else I wonder how this wound of mine would have healed up" he said with a smile before jumping down from the tree and ran home.
On getting home, he discovers that his mother has already gone to sleep so he went inside before heading to his room where he was about to take his uniform off that was stained with blood when a voice sound not far from him.
"is that blood on your uniform, what have you been doing outside for you to always come home late" said Maria a little worried.
"Shhh, keep it down will you and by the way, this is a fake. It was poured on me during a play alright" reply Abel as he placed his hand on the mouth signaling for Maria to keep her voice down.
"so you are saying that you are into drama now" asked Maria with a frown.
"That's right or is it a crime for me to join a drama group" replied Abel.
"I didn't say that" said Maria before going back to sleep.
Letting out a sigh of relief as his sister didn't pursue the matter, Abel quickly change into a new set of clothes before laying down.
When the sun begins to set in the morning, Abel hurriedly left home for school since he need to inform Mr. McCray about his discovery but he was disappointed to see that Mr. McCray is not around and he went back to his class room where he met Perry sitting alone with a bandage on the side of his head.
Seeing that Abel has arrived, Perry let out a smile before calling his buddy to come seat with him which Abel agreed to since he don't want to offend him again.
"How are you feeling now" asked Abel after sitting down.
"Much better compare to yesterday when I felt my head was going to burst open" replied Perry with a chuckle before staring at Abel.
Seeing the way he's looking at him, Abel couldn't help but ask.
"do you have anything you would like to say to me"?
"ever since the day we played video game at my place, you have been acting really weird and you always dish me during lunch break and just yesterday to yell at me to go for treatment before running out of the class" replied Perry.
Abel felt bad when hearing Perry saying all this and begin to think of a reasonable reply so as to not make his friend feel bad.
"is not like I'm dishing you Perry, I was just too busy helping Mr. McCray with a task he assigned to me, and about yesterday, I just couldn't stand seeing injuries which is why I left" said Abel.
It didn't take long before the rest begin to come then came the lecture which went on for a while before it was time for a lunch break and Abel decided to go check on Mr. McCray and this time around he was inside his office.
"I thought you wouldn't be coming today" said Abel with a smile after going in.
"did something happen for you to look for me in the morning" asked Mr. McCray?
"There is, I think I know what is responsible for the death of those people" replies Abel.
"Since you already know, I believe that you must have already taken care of it" ask Mr. McCray not feeling surprised at all.
"Well, the thing is I didn't and I don't think that I will be able to handle it on my own" replies Abel while scratching the back of his head with an awkward smile on his face.
Hearing that he couldn't deal with the problem, Mr. McCray couldn't help but frown as he said in a deep voice.
"Look like I will have to double your training".
"I don't think it has to do with my training Mr. McCray, it's just that the creature was too strong for me to defeat alone" replied Abel.
"with the training you have gone through, you shouldn't have a problem holding your ground against a werewolf so what creature could it be that you cant handle Abel" Mr. McCray feels disappointed in him.
"It looks like a spider but a big one at that" replied Abel with his head lowered.
When Mr. McCray heard that the creature that was responsible for the recent killing was a spider-like creature, he couldn't help but widen his eyes in surprise as he spoke with a little fear in his tone.
"You actually met with an Arachne and could still walk around completely fine".
