However, this breathtaking view only lasted for a moment as she put her clothes back on and stares at me impassively.

I have to attend her birthday, I can't betray my best friend just because I want to spend time with someone I met a day ago and I barely know.

"You can take me on her birthday, that would be lovely and probably give us some more time to know each other," she pauses and shrugs.
"It'll be a cold day in hell when that happens," I shake my head in disagreement.

She's right I need to buy her a dress, somehow she seems Indispensable for this job but what if someone sees us together, wouldn't it make the matter worse, isn't it a blessing in disguise.
