Kota Detrut (twelve years old)- Formerly known as Travis, He was false accused of rape by other students when he knew it was friends in his group that did it. This set him down a dark path as it kicked him out of his home and he was seen as a horrible person in school. He ended up at a bridge where he met a woman that ended up pushing both of themselves down a Bridge. He is transported near death to the Abyss by an entity known as Arael, The goddess of death. There he reluctantly agrees to the entity's terms and is sent to a world known as Zenith. Kota has Black hair and Blue eyes, much like his mother in that world, Synthia. His hairstyle is akin to Vanitas from Vanitas no carte. Kota shares his knowledge from his old world to this new world, meaning he understands how much things in this world work that most others don't know. Kota is very intelligent and quick to learn, However due to his past life, he is somewhat reluctant to some of this new world's morals and normalities. Though he is very social and quite open to others, He dislikes school and particularly anyone who reminds him of his past. He now attends the University of Magic in Prusha and Lives with Kale Goodman and Lilith Esharam. As of right now, Kota is intermediate ranked in Water and Fire. Beginner ranked in Wind, Earth and Healing. He also shares a mentor relationship with Tera Sereal.
Gerald Detrut- The father of Travis in the fantasy world. He is human, and was a swordsman for his party. Though he keeps a cool dad persona to Kota, he tends to let it slip to show the warm side of himself when training with Kota. Gerald was also known to be a playboy during his adventuring times. Having his old lovers come by now and then to greet him. He is an advanced user of earth king style and an advanced user of water king style and an intermediate user of the fire king style. He has dark brown hair and usually wears his adventure gear even when not adventuring. He has a scar on his arm. He also has dark brown eyes.
Synthia Detrut- She is the mother Kota, raising him in Shanford With Gerald Detrut. She shares similar looks to Kota. Black hair and blue eyes. She also has the Duvul trait, Though the extent of it is unknown, Even to her. She shows a very possessive side of her when it comes to her family, especially Gerald. Not much is known about her side of the family, along with Gerald. As of right now, She and Gerald are still in Shandford, Perhaps making use of the time Kota is in Prusha?
Lauren- A Party member of Gerald's and Synthia's Group when they were adventuring. She has gray hair and black eyes, and wears light adventuring armor. She came to visit Gerald after coming back from Belbac, a city in the east. She see's Kota and Synthia's as anomalies since they both have the Duvul Trait.
Arael, The goddess of death- Not much is known of her, Other than that she was the one who gave Travis his second chance. She wear a white cloak that fits tightly around her, And her face his covered by a strange Mosaic bar. Perhaps more will be revealed to her at some point…
Lilith Esharam(Twelve years old)-She is half Dragon half human Girl. A Dragon Hybrid. She moved to Shanford at a young age with her parents where she was berated for her hair color and eyes. After befriending Kota, A series of unfortunate events lead to her Father leaving her and her mom. This pulls her into a path of revenge and learning Sword Styles. She has Silver Colored hair that is short, Though now Since hanging with Tera sereal, Her hair now has Pink Highlights on the ends. She has Amber colored eyes, But whenever she activates her Left eye's dragon abilities, it glows a red color and increases her reflexes and Perception. Her looks and design are akin to Jeanne From Vanitas No Carte. She is exceptionally strong even without a sword, She does pull her punches on Kota and friends. She is still Learning Fire King style From kale in Prusha. Lilith is quite Naive and lacks social skills due to her younger years being harassed. When she is comfortable around the people with her, She shows a lot of passion and oftentimes shows lots of care for them. She shows lots of care for Kota as he is her first friend and Crush now. She shows unbreakable loyalty to him.
Sarah Esheram- The mother of Lilith. She is the wife of Emmit, who disappeared after attacking her. She went through a mana strain from trying to locate him. She looks similar to Lilith, though she had longer silver hair and has Green eyes. As of right now, she is with the Detrut Family to recover from that mana strain.
Emmit Esheram- Not much is known of him, he is one of the last dragon hybrids and is the Father to Lilith. He left his family for unknown reasons to look for someone…
Derrick Migurd- He is part of Gerald's adventure group. He wears just a red vest and no shirt, and wears sunglasses. When he is fighting, he shows a very maniacal side of him, letting out the crazy in him. But when out of it, he is boastful and loud. He shows signs of being kind to children, Though with the case of kota, he wanted to see how well he'd put up in a fight.
Edward Gillgan- He is part of Gerald's adventure group. He wears a ushanka hat and is usually quiet. Underneath his hat, he has blonde hair. He has sharp eyes which allow him to see and notice things faster than others. He is quiet around Children. Though it is because he doesn't really conversate that much. He is a intermediate user of Wind King style. It was revealed that he was not human, but rather apart of the beast race.
Mary Austinburg- she is the inn keeper at GrassHorn, not much is known of her except for the fact that she was the treasurer of Gerald's adventurer Group. She is apart of the Dwarf race and wears glasses.
Kale Goodman- A King ranked Fire King styler teacher who landed a job in Prusha's Police force. He is given a letter from Gerald about a Potential New Student to be taught in Fire King style. Seeing something in Lilith's abilities and showing Interest in Dragon Hybrids, He takes Both Kota and Lilith in his home to live with him. He has Blonde and Emerald eyes. He also usually wears a cloak or cape.
Kale is very charismatic and friendly to everyone, except Tera. His relationship with Tera is a complicated thing that he wishes to resolve, but cannot due to his own past issues. He tends to be very blunt with her and sometimes flirtatious with her when he feels like it. His relationship with Lilith has developed into a somewhat of a father and daughter relationship, Showing more care with her and willing to help keep her happy.
Tera Sereal- a mage teacher in Prusha, Formerly a part of Kales adventure group. She ended up taking the job as a teacher in Prusha due to Noticing Kale being there. Before that, she studied magic in Ithryll. Tera is a dark skinned human who has black hair and black eyes. She is very flirtatious and observant of one's behavior. Always pointing out if something is wrong with them or noticing differences. She also is a King ranked Fire mage. She shares a mentor relationship with Kota, showing him books and teaching him spells during free time in her class, even assisting him with work from other classes. She has a class in the university dedicated to students with high potential or risk. She monitors them and reports to the principal of any signs of improvement. Her relationship with Kale is a complicated one, more of a one sided love…for now. Tera loves to tease Kale, but whenever he teases her, she falters and submits to him. She also teaches Lilith about getting boys and dressing.
Sura Lucille- A student in Tera's class. She is highly intelligent when it comes to researching magic and mana. Often reading in the library about them, though it serves no purpose for her since she cannot properly use magic on her own. She has pink hair and emerald eyes. She is very annoyed by both Kota and Griffin, though she tolerates it as they are the only two that hang out with her in school. She is also very curious about Lilith due to her being a dragon hybrid. Not much is known of her past or the reason she is even in the school.
Griffin Belark- A student and friend of Kota. When doing the Entrance exam in the University, Griffin declared his friendship with Kota after it and gave his loyalty to him, much to Kota's doubts. However the two grew somewhat close and hang out in school now. Griffin is part of the Belark family, which means he shares absolute loyalty to those they grant it to. He has Green hair and Green eyes. Griffin has some interest in Sura, though he is unsure if she even notices. Not that he really minds. He is also very proficient in Water Magic, which prompted the school to put him in Tera's class.
