The unwanted day came and the mood for two person was down hills, Lin Beom and Kim Beom noticed this but they could do nothing, Aera's family want him so he have to go if he wants to escape from their chains forever.
Kim Beom walked to Aera and asked him for a word separately, he went with him to his room and locked the door after him, Kim Beom looked at him with tired eyes and gave him a small smile worrying Aera's heart.
Lin Beom took this opportunity to give her son list of things she needs to could finish the dinner and asked him to walk his hyung to the station and to not waste time since they'll be expecting a guest too.
Aera came down his face as white as a ghost, the two looked at him worried, Aera saw the worry in their eyes and tried to hide the real reason, "I'm afraid from going... I don't wanna go" he mumbled, Lin patted her chest before walking to the young man and hug him in comfort, "everything will be ok. When you finish your business with them we'll be here waiting for you" Han walked to them and hugged Aera too.
He was indeed afraid, but it all was from another reason, what will he do if what Kim Beom said was right? Then what will happen to them?
Han held his hand and walked him out, the cold wind woke him up from his thoughts and brought back his senses, "glad you came back" Han mumbled, he noticed he was out of it but that was unusual for Aera so it's new to see him like that, "you worried me" Han kept going trying to squeeze the real reason out of him but Aera was thick enough to not reveal it so he patted the boy's head and waved for him before disappearing between the crowd.
Restless heart was tried to be comforted but no matter how hard Han tried that horrible feeling he has been having for few weeks now wouldn't leave him but only got worse.
He prayed his hyung comes back to him safely and his so called family don't hurt him or take him away from him, but he mustn't take away all his time, his parents are waiting for him now and after things are over and the papers Aera took with him are signed they can be one harmonic family, with that in his mind he walked through the crowds to get to the convenience store and buy the ingredients his mother needs and help her with what's left not knowing this day would be the real nightmare that'd follow him for long after.
"Sweet heart~?? Are you sleeping?" She knocked the door and opened it slowly after, she whispered again and called for him but he did not reply, when she turned on the room's light she gasped and her body started shivering her eyes looking around the messy room searching for one thing, "Kim? Kim?!" She called, she walked to the bathroom but he wasn't there, the opened window worried her so she looked outside but there was nothing which calmed her a bit but her worries increased when she heard a groan coming from around the bed.
"Kim!!" Lin Beom screamed watching her husband bleeding, "oh my God Kim!! Let me- hic, let me call Min-Ji!" She picked her phone from the table and tried to dial his number but her fingers were trembling uncontrollably making Kim Beom who wasn't planning to cry to start sobbing, "dear" he mumbled before he lost conscious, the number dialed answered and Min-Ji called her name many times, Lin on the other hand tried to process what just happened and when she did she started crying, "Min-Ji? help meeeee!!!!! Kiiiiiim!! My Kim!!!" She cried loudly scaring Min-Ji who understood what she meant and hurried to the ambulance asking them to prepare a car because of an emergency, as fast as they could they rushed to the location doctor Min-Ji Man gave them.
Far from all the chaos in a big mansion in the middle of a rich street, a lot of people were entering after leaving their fancy cars in the care of the guards of the house, one of them left from it a handsome man with blond hair and small figure, "isn't that the forsaken child? Why is he here? It's the family's anniversary, it's normal for him to be here. tsk tsk, that piece of shame will dirty our boys. Be careful! He's the family's demon, his temper is the worst to deal with, he might even jinx you" whispers and mumbles filled the manor while Aera didn't give a damn about what they're talking about, all he has in mind is to make his parents sign the papers he have and just leave as if they never existed, the treatment he had to go through will finally come to an end.
He took off his coat and gave it to the butler who gave him a quick glance before he bowed and took his leave, the guards who kept following him fearing he'll escape got a sign from the butler to walk away and let him be and they did as ordered finally letting go of a long sigh because of the stress of watching after him.
He walked deep into the mansion damned memories coming to light after too long, but funnily enough they weren't painful as he thought they'd be, that's probably because of the fact he now have better things in his life, better things to make him forget such horrible stuff.
His family finally made their entry and without delaying it any longer, he walked to them, "hello... Mother and father" he mumbled between gritted teeth while bowing to them, he hate the fact he needs to do this so they can give him a glance, "oh my dear son~ I'm so glad you came!" His mother chirped making sure everyone in the room hear her and turn their attention to them.
"I shall thank you for welcoming me in this year's anniversary"
"Tsk, as you should" his father said without looking at him, Aera held back reminding himself of the reason for coming today so he closed his eyes and took a deep breath before pulling out the papers and pen.
"What is this?" His father asked his eyes examining Aera and the papers between his hands, "the last step to end all this" Aera said with confidence before slamming the papers on the table behind him, "the papers to end our fake relation as a family"
Gasps filled the room and silence demanded to attack the lively party and kill it. Aera's father walked and picked the papers and read them, "hah! You want to leave us for Han? Is this the family name you now want? And what? The parents are nothing in society? Hahahahahaha"
Aera remained quiet and waited for the talkative man to shut up so he can shut him up for a life time, "are you done?" Everyone looked at him in disbelief as if he had grown second head, "at least those so called 'nothing in society' know how to take care of their child and a stranger who seek love and care the biological parents didn't bother to give because their child is gay-"
