"Is this all?" Adel looked up and said that to the system.
"Yes host. Although it's not much, your current body is currently 20 years old as well. The same as your original body. As you can see, her life is a bit boring so you might have to get used to it, host."
'Boring? If this is boring I don't know what is mine.' she said in her heart.
As what the system said, her current body, Dela is a college student living a steady and relaxed life as her parent are rich. Went to the best school and going home then play around the house, clubbing when she felt like doing so, and playing with her friend till 9 PM at night without having anyone to care about her safety. However, she doesn't know that her parent are rich. She only thought she got normal things like any other kid does and never got any parently love from them as she never see them.
'Normal things? Everything around the house looks hella expensive to me, is she too blind or she just in contact with these things since childhood that she overlooked it?'
"That's right host, Dela has experienced such treatment ever since she was born. She was ashamed of it. That's why she never thought of looking it up on the internet or asking anyone about it"
"Why would you be ashamed of being able to live well without any worry? So weird ah."
While looking through the memories she also found that Dela live in the same city as her. She's also currently studying foreign languages in colleges but she's not a top student, and she has never been one.
'Totally the opposite of me, I should say.'
Adel was a top student since she was a kid. Born with high IQ and EQ. Her parents would often boast about her to people and would allow her to do anything she wanted. Although her performance isn't that amazing in college, it was acceptable enough.
On the other side, Dela was born with golden spoon. Even if her grades are bad, her parents will never let her be embarassed or dropped out as they will donate a sum of money to the school to keep her studying. Because of this, Dela always thought that she was the best and has a really good grade. It wasn't until she's in college that she realized that everything was a joke, her report and everything weren't real. Then she began to wish for a happy family who cared for her wholeheartly and a high IQ body. Which led into them switching soul.
"If I have to blame someone, I would blame her parent. If they think money can solve everything, then I will gladly slap them with this reality that happened to their daughter. Sigh... Never thought of seeing one real story like this." she laughed.
"So, what's my mission in this body, my system?"
The system's eyes light up and it said excitedly "Host! Your mission is very simple, if you wanted to go back to your original body, you just have to fulfill 1 of your wish and 1 of your current body wish, once you managed to fulfill them, you will automatically go back to your original body!"
"Very nice, my own wish should be fine. But what's her wish? Also, reward?"
Fulfilling her own wish is fine, other wish? Without reward I did rather not do it okay?
"D-don't worry host! There will be a reward for fulfilling Dela's wishes! You can choose, there's money... life span-"
"Money. Deal. Come, please tell me what's her wishes are?" she smiled. She would definitely choose money. As for other things, she won't care about any single of them.
"Host! Are you serious? There's something else that's better than money! Didn't you just say that money can't solve everything? Why did you choose money so quickly!" It said hastily.
Adel just rolled her eyes after hearing it. "That's true, but that's the thing I lack the most and what's my family lack the most. You can see that my family loves me to death but ever since the loss of my dad, my mom has been working too hard for money. I don't want thing that can only be used on myself such as life span or whatever it is. I just want my family to live a better life."
Remembering the past, she wasn't filial at all. She has work but all her money are spent on herself, if she can exchange her shame and her body also her mind to be filial even just once, she would be more than willing to do so. She closed her eyes and opened it once again then glared at the system.
"Wishes?"
