Befor he could complete the sentence two shots landed straight into her room shattering the mirrow since her windows had no glass.
At this point Haley held on to Pedro tightly in that position. She became really scared about the situation on ground. She looked at the position of the bullet and discovered he just saved her life because it was the exact spot she was standing some seconds ago.
She almost swallowed her tongue when his body fully came in contact with her. For the first time in a long while she was having a feel of his body on her. This time with a difference. He had become more muscular now and the situation was a dangerous. Haley was one who derive both fear fear and thrill at the same time from such situations.
"What should we do? Haley asked even in that position. Some part of her desired to be held in that position for some more time.
"I don't know this is your house. For now I will only suggest we remain like this. " He replied sounding very calm giving Haley the impression that he was someone who have been in this situation many times.
Immediately her likeness for him sky rocketed but then the issue at hand made her begin to think if a solution.

"There main target is me not you just look for a way to leave the room. Head straight for the tallest building on this street colored in green. That is where the sniper is located. I trust you will be able to take care of the situation " he instructed her.
She reasoned what he said and decided it was the smart thing to do. Involving the soldiers will mean them coming to her room later to conduct am investigation.
She quickly rolled herself from under him and crawled on her belly to the door befor going outside. She headed straight to the armory room to arm herself well enougj for the task ahead.
One question that kept disturbing her was who will be after the life of Pedro. Whoever it was must be very deadly for them to come to the house of a general. Even the utilization of snipers told her that they must be professionals. They must be the same people who attacked him while he was at their station. It was at this point she remembered she didn't ask him anything about that attack. There are a lot of things to discuss but first of all she would need to focus on this sniper in the green colored building that had the guts to shoot right inside her room.
