Sometimes what we want doesn't go according to plan

The voice startled me suddenly I felt like I was sucked backward. Like riding a roller coaster quickly but heading backward.
All of my vision immediately blurred, and everything circled rapidly in front of me. I wonder what is happening to me? Because all my eyes were spinning I immediately closed my eyes heavily and held my ears.
And when I feel quiet and don't feel like riding a roller coaster, I open my eyes slowly.
A bright light shone into my eyes. I watched slowly as I looked at the area around me.
I stood up quickly as soon as I realized I was in my room. I held my head which was still a bit dizzy from just getting back inside my body. I immediately sat on the bed for a while to remember what had just happened.
I want to hold my head while closing my eyes tightly Because the dizziness is continuous.
