left out and walked towards the kitchen where Chance was already sitting, with the food spread out on the table.
"Come on and sit down before the food gets cold." He said as he motioned for the chair right beside him.

The only sounds that you could hear was of us chewing on the delicious fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans.
As I ate my food, I noticed that he would glance at me ever so often in between each bite that he took.
I looked up at him and I could swear that I saw something different in his eyes.
