Shalteir and Alex glared at each other with both their attacks floating in front of them. They were both powerful spells that were overcharged by magical energy, though Alex didn't know where all this power had suddenly come from. She released her attack and it shot straight like a missile moving at light speed. She had put the last of all her magic and concentration into this spell, meaning that it had to work no matter what.
Shalteir then also released her lightning attack and the collision of their spells was explosive on impact. At first, there was a bright light which was a combination of fire and lightning that spread like a nuclear bomb causing the ground and the rest of the shadow realm to quake as if it was an earthquake that had just happened.
