Today was a busy day for some but for others like the students it was the weekends. No school which means it was time for some fun. Emily used that free time to work on her motorcycle while Jack and Miko were chilling a little bit with playing video games, Raf was on his laptop as usual and Ratchet was working on something.
"Oh yeah! Weekend at last! School is so tiring." Miko said as she didn't look away from playing video games with Jack.
"Considering the fact that you spend most of your time in detention." Jack said as Emily didn't look up from her motorcycle.
"Yeah last time you got sent there, it was because you had the great idea to make some loud guitar playing in the cafeteria." Emily said as Raf told her about it yesterday and how it made his ears hurt with the others.
"My ears are still ringing just by remembering it." Raf said as he rubbed his left ear with his pinkie as Bumblebee beeped while giving Miko a look.
"Hey it was Friday. I just wanted to celebrate, you know." Miko just shrugged as she looked at them and made Emily shake her head.
"Too bad the teacher didn't share your opinion." Emily remarked as Jack let out a snicker.
"Good one." Jack said as Miko rolled her eyes.
"Very funny." She said sarcastically.
Jack and Miko were both playing a video game and it seemed that Miko was losing and Jack was winning.
"Hey no fair!" Miko exclaimed as she tried to beat him.
"I'm about to win." The 16 year old said and was able to beat Miko and rubs his victory on her face.
"Oh, yeah, I won. I'm the best!" Jack gloated as Miko growled and got into his face with a small glare.
"No way. You cheated." Miko said as Jack glared back playfully.
"I did not." Jack said.
"Yes, you did." Miko retorted.
"I did not."
"Yes, you did."
"I did not."
"Yes, you did."
"I did not."
"Yes, you did."
"I did not."
"Yes, you did."
"I did not."
"Yes, you did."
"I did not."
"Yes, you did."
This continued as Raf, Bumblebee and Emily watched them in amusement.
"Not again." Raf said as Bumblebee beeped in agreement as they both ignored the two.
"Same old stuff." Emily just plainly ignores the two since she found it cute for them to be fighting like siblings.
Ratchet hears them keep on arguing over and over before he can't take it anymore and turns around to scold them sternly since he has to finish the little project he was making.
"Hey, do you mind keeping it down? I'm trying to work here." Ratchet said as Miko and Jack stopped arguing and saw the look Ratchet gave them and winced at it.
"Sorry." Both Miko and Jack apologize as Emily chuckled softly.
"Don't mind him, guys. You know how grumpy he is when he doesn't take his nap." Emily joked and this caused Jack, Miko, Raf, Bumblebee and Bolty to start laughing.
"Teenagers." Ratchet scoffed before turning back to his project as the laughter calmed down.
"That was a joke, Ratchet." Jack said as he decided to read the book that Emily got for him about motorcycles.
"Humans and their sense of humor." Ratchet shook his head as he kept working on his secret project while everyone was busy with their own thing before Miko looked up since she got curious about what he was making.
"So what are you working on, Ratchet?" Miko asked curiously as Ratchet replied.
"On something." Ratchet replied to her without looking away from his work.
"On something, what?" Miko asked again.
"On something secret." Ratchet said and this made Miko even more curious.
"Oh, tell me, tell me." Miko keeps on insisting but Ratchet wasn't about to let her find out.
"No. It's a secret." Ratchet said before Bumblebee got curious as well as he beeped and whirred to ask him how secret it was.
"Very secret, Bumblebee. Do me a favor and go play somewhere else." Ratchet said as Bumblebee whirred and agreed before he watched Raf doing something on his laptop as Miko and Jack were curious about what it was.
"Must be something serious if Ratchet wants to keep it a secret." Jack said as he was also curious about what it was.
"Yeah maybe." Emily muttered.
Emily continued to work on her motorcycle to see what was wrong with it since it broke down a couple of times and she had to call either Cliffjumper or Smokescreen to pick her up.
"Ah that's what has been causing trouble." Emily said as she took out something that was blocking the engine of her motorcycle.
Bolty looks before wiggling his body when he sees the bolt Emily has in her hands as Emily looks at him and smiles and holds it in her hands like a treat.
"Look what I have for you, Bolty. A bolt. Who wants a snack? Who wants a snack? You want one huh? Fetch boy." Emily said as Bolty chirped saying that he wanted it before she threw the bolt in the air so Bolty could fetch it and eat. He jumped in the air and munched on it happily as he landed down in front of Emily.
"Good boy." Emily giggled as she rubbed his little head.
Ratchet noticed this and couldn't believe what he saw but he got to admit that it was a cute moment since they never get to observe how a white Scraplet acts as a pet.
"Oh please." He just went back to work as Jack looked down to her from the railing.
"How's your ride coming along?" Jack asked curiously since Emily has been tinkering with her motorcycle since they got to the base.
"She's been through worse. Lucky for her, I know how to make her purr like a cat and roar like a lion." Emily said as she stood up before turning the engine and it roared to life and it made her excited.
"Yes!" Emily smiled excitedly before suddenly she started feeling very dizzy as she held her head in slight discomfort.
"Ugh..." Emily winced as she swayed on her feet as she dropped her wrench as she knelt down in slight pain.
"My head. Ugh..." Emily hissed in pain as Bumblebee noticed and approached her in worry while beeping and whirring, asking if she was okay.
"I'm okay, Bee. I'm just a little dizzy." Emily reassured the yellow and white scout as he was worried about her.
"She's been like that for almost two days." Miko said as she grew worried for Emily since she has been noticing that Emily was getting headaches for the past two days now.
"What's going on?" Ratchet paused on his project when he heard Bumblebee talking to Emily as the medic turned to them with concern and alert.
"Nothing, Ratchet. Just... doing some arrangements on my motorcycle you know." Emily pants lightly as she leaned against her motorcycle to get rid of the headache.
Bumblebee knew that something was wrong as he beeps and whirred to explain the problem as Ratchet grew concerned.
"Dizziness? Why didn't you tell me?" Ratchet asked her sternly as she looked up to him.
"Because it's not that big of a deal. I just got up too quickly. It happens." Emily told him as she didn't want him to worry about her too much.
The computer starts beeping as the other Autobots hear it before coming inside the base quickly, asking what's wrong.
"What is it?" Arcee asked as she entered with Cliffjumper.
"Something's wrong?" Bulkhead asked.
"Is it the Cons?" Smokescreen said as he wanted to smash some cons right now since there hasn't been any Decepticon activity for two days now.
"I haven't checked yet." Ratchet quickly went to the computers to see what was going on and found the source.
"The scanners have detected some kind of Decepticon activity." Ratchet said as he saw that it was a mining operation.
"Decepticons huh? Maybe we should go out there and crash the party." Cliffjumper smirked as Smokescreen nodded in agreement.
"Good idea." Smokescreen agreed as Optimus knew that they should investigate.
"We must investigate this Decepticon activity." Optimus told them as Ratchet nodded.
"Hopefully it will provide us with something beneficial." Ratchet said and Arcee knew what he meant by that.
"Energon reserves are almost out again?" Arcee guessed and Ratchet nodded as he knew that with seven Autobots and getting injured is depleting their energon supply and they need to find more.
"I'm afraid so." Ratchet said as Optimus nodded.
"Ratchet, open the ground bridge." Optimus said as Ratchet nodded as he set the coordinates to the location of where the Decepticon activity is located.
"Let's go." Emily said as her headache was gone now and wanted to help but Ratchet had other ideas and gave her a stern look.
"Yep, yep, yep! If you don't feel alright, you shouldn't be going." Ratchet told her sternly as the others watched them as Optimus got worried. Was Emily feeling okay?
"I told you I was just feeling dizzy. It's nothing serious, Ratchet." Emily said as she didn't wanna be cooped up inside the base but Ratchet wasn't gonna let her.
"It might not be serious but it's best if you stay here and rest. If you go out there, you might end up getting hurt or worse." Ratchet said as he was worried that she might get hurt or something even worse.
"I'll be fine. It's not like I'm doing something I can't handle. Besides, I got the others to watch my back. Come on, Ratchet." Emily pleased him as Cliffjumper saw that she was okay and it couldn't hurt to have some extra hands or servos to help.
"Let her go with us, Ratchet." Cliffjumper agreed with Emily.
"With us helping her, nothing could go wrong." Smokescreen added as he always saw Emily as a sister.
"Besides, she knows how to smash some cons." Bulkhead agreed with them as Bumblebee beeped and whirred since he saw how Emily handled herself in battle but Optimus knew otherwise. Even if Emily can handle herself in the battlefield, there is always the prospect that she'll end up getting hurt.
"Emily, I don't think coming with us today might be a wise choice." Optimus said as Emily looked up to him but she just wanted to help.
"Look, Optimus, I know you're worried about me. But I can't always stay back just waiting to feel better." Emily said as Arcee had to to agree with both Ratchet and Optimus.
"This is an important mission. If you start feeling bad, we can't take care of you while fighting the Decepticons." Arcee told her as she was worried and Emily could see it before she sighed.
"Okay fine. If for any reason I'm starting to feel bad, I'll return to base. Is that okay with you, Ratchet?" Emily said as she looked up to him.
"Well..." Ratchet said hesitantly.
"Come on, you gotta let me go." Emily said as Ratchet thought about it as he saw that there was nothing to change her mind.
"Ah for Primus' sake. Okay fine you can go just don't over do it. And if something goes wrong, I'm bridging you back here. End of discussion." Ratchet said as he left no room left for any argument as Emily nodded.
"Yeah, yeah I get it. Now let's get going, guys." Emily said as she went up to her motorcycle to put everything away as Arcee had to go to her to not make her rush.
"Slow down. No need to rush." Arcee said with a small laugh as Bolty chirped a hello to Arcee who smiled at him as the others watched them.
"You guys think she'll be okay?" Jack asked since he was worried about Emily.
"She's tough." Miko said.
"I don't know why but I'm starting to have a bad feeling about this." Raf said as he pushed back his glasses as the bots and Emily all walked to the ground bridge.
"Me too..." Jack nodded in agreement.
Bolty wants to go with them as he came up to Emily but Emily thinks that it's not a good idea as she picked him up in her hands.
"Sorry, Bolty, but you'll be staying here with the others. Take care of him while I'm gone." She said as Bolty nodded and flew to Jack as he nodded that he would look after the white Scraplet.
"Will do." Jack said.
"Autobots, roll out!" Optimus orders as they all run through the portal with Emily behind them.
They got on the other side of the portal as it closed behind them and didn't find anything.
"Nothing here." Bulkhead said as they put their weapons away as Bumblebee beeped in agreement.
"Ah, man. It was so pumped to hit some Cons." Smokescreen crossed his arms over his chassis as he seemed to pout.
"I think you'll still have your chance, Smokie." Cliffjumper shook his head but was also disappointed when there weren't any cons.
"Wherever the Decepticons are, we will find them." Optimus said.
"Then we better go look." Arcee said as they nodded.
"Let's go." Emily said.
The Autobots start walking in search of the Decepticons as Emily is starting to feel something but she doesn't say anything about it to not worry the others.
Meanwhile in the Nemesis, Starscream was informing Megatron of their new mining operation for Energon.
"Lord Megatron, I am pleased to inform you that our new mining operation is going very well." Starscream said as Megatron didn't turn away from the computers as he spoke up.
"For now. It's only a matter of time before the Autobots find it." Megatron said as Starscream had a plan.
"Not to worry, master. Our troops will be ready for them." Starscream said but backed down as Megatron sent him a growl.
"Starscream, you're a fool if you think that the Autobots will be easily defeated." Megatron growled at him as the seeker took a step back nervously.
"Yes of course, my liege." Starscream said as Breakdown came in.
"Lord Megatron, Knock Out demands your presence at the lab." Breakdown told him since Knock Out told him to tell Megatron that he needs him to be at the lab.
"It better be important." Megatron said as he left the control room and to the lab.
Megatron goes to the laboratory to see what Knock Out has to say as he enters and sees the red con medic.
"Tell me, Knock Out, what's so important that you called for me?" Megatron asked as Knock Out turned to him.
"Well you see, Lord Megatron. I've been working on a weapon that uses Dark Energon." Megatron would have shook his head since he already knew what the results were.
"Yes. From what I've been told, this weapon proved to be a complete failure." Megatron sneered as Knock Out swallowed inaudibly as he laughed nervously at his first test two days ago.
"Yes well... That's what I thought at first but then..." Knock Out stepped aside to show him a weapon that was damaged and Megatron was confused about what happened to it.
"What is this?" Megatron asked as Knockout answered him.
"One of my test subjects." Knock Out told him proudly.
"Was that an effect caused by Dark Energon?" Megatron asked but Knock Out shook his head since he saw a different kind of effect.
"No, my liege. Allow me to show what happens. This weapon does something I've never seen before." Knock Out said as he got the gun out as Megatron looked intrigued and interested in what he was about to show.
"Show me." Megatron said as he took a step back to give Knock Out more space to do his work.
"As you wish, Lord Megatron." Knock Out said as he put a blaster on the table.
"Keep your optics open." Knock Out said before he shot one shot at the blaster on the table.
The dark concentrated energy of the Dark Energon started to infect the blaster and made go haywire as it started shooting everywhere as Megatron looked on with interest.
"You see, this is what happens every time when using this weapon. The Dark energy that's used on this makes things go out of control. And what's worse it can infect other stuff around the place." Knock Out explained as Megatron can feel the dark energy from the blaster infected weapon.
"Ah... This feeling. It is as if the Dark Energon inside me is calling for this dark energy." Megatron looked pleased with this as he watched the infected blaster start infecting other devices around the lab as Knock Out got nervous.
"Oh scrap." Knock Out said before a saw went straight towards him.
"Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!" Knock Out let out a surprise yell as he got hit pretty hard and got his paint job ruined again.
"Not my finish!" Knock Out complained before the other devices all went straight to him and caused him to scream to avoid getting his paint job ruined even more.
"Ahhhh!!!!!!"
Knock Out starts running around the lab while screaming as Megatron just watches with amusement and interest in his red optics. Starscream along with Breakdown, Airachnid and Dreadwing heard the scream and went to the lab to see what was going on.
"What's going on here?" Starscream entered before he saw that a device was going straight at him.
"Ahhhh!!!!" Starscream yelled in surprise before he ducked down to avoid getting hit but Breakdown, Airachnid and Dreadwing started destroying every crazy device that tried to attack them.
Megatron was starting to feel that his Dark Energon was pulsating within him as his optics were an electric purple color.
"I can feel it. The call." Megatron said as he stepped forward and with his Dark Energon, he started to control every device that was infected by Dark Energon.
"ENOUGH!" Megatron ordered and every device all stopped attacking the others as if they were obeying his order.
"Huh?" Starscream looked up to see that all the infected devices were just hovering as if waiting for an order.
"I can't believe it." Knock Out breathed in surprise as Megatron relished the feeling of being in complete control.
"This feeling. I haven't felt it for a very long time." Megatron said before he took out his blade and destroyed all the devices that went haywire in a single slashed.
"Is it over?" Starscream asked as he stood back up as Knock Out kicked a broken welder away from him and knew that he would need new equipment to replace the broken ones.
"Looks that way." Knock Out said.
"Hahahahaha... HAHAHAHAHA!!!!! Behold the power of Dark Energon. With my will alone, I can control anything!" Megatron laughed evilly as the others watched him.
"Very... impressive, my liege." Starscream said as Megatron had a sinister smile as a plan was forming in his mind.
"Indeed, Starscream." Megatron agreed.
"What just happened?" Dreadwing asked as he turned to Knockout.
"I'm not entirely sure. My guess is that Lord Megatron was able to control every device infected with Dark Energon thanks to his symbiotic connection with the matter itself." Knock Out explained as the others listened.
"That's kind of... weird don't you think?" Breakdown said as Airachnid picked up a broken saw blade and examined it.
"Not if you're smart enough to understand." Airachnid teased as this caused Breakdown to growl at her.
"If the Dark Energon enabled me to control these infected devices. Imagine the possibilities." Megatron turned to them before Soundwave entered the lab as he showed Megatron and the others that the Autobots are close to one of their Energon mines as this wasn't a surprise.
"The Autobots are close to one of our mines?" Megatron asked as Soundwave nodded.
"Do not fear, my lord. I'll personally command a squadron of seekers to eliminate them." Starscream said but Megatron sent him a look.
"No. I believe that we've been granted an opportunity that comes once in a lifetime. If the Dark Energon inside me allowed me to control all of these devices, imagine what it could do to someone who's infected." Megatron told them as they saw what he was trying to say.
"You would be able to control them." Starscream said as Megatron nodded with a sinister smile.
"Brilliant. We could use our new toy to infect an Autobot." Knock Out said but the look on Megatron's faceplates says another thing as they saw that he had something in mind.
"Why settle for an Autobot when we could try and get something a little... better." That hit them like an Autobot wrecker. He's not suggesting what they think he's really suggesting right?
"You mean the human girl?" Breakdown looked confused. Why test it on the human girl that beat them a couple of times?
"Lord Megatron, forgive me for questioning your plan but I don't think that trying to control a human might not be the best course of action." Airachnid said since she knew that Energon and humans don't mix well, especially Dark Energon, why Megatron would want to use it on the human girl is a mystery.
"Have you forgotten what happened the last time the human girl touched a Dark Energon shard?" Megatron asked them as they could clearly remember how the human girl reacted upon contact with just a shard.
"She was losing control of herself." Dreadwing said as Megatron nodded to that.
"Yes. And if recall, Knock Out used the weapon on the Autobots. Which means it will be easy to bend her to my will. And even Optimus Prime won't be able to stop this. We'll be leaving for the Energon mine. Soundwave, keep an eye on the Autobots." Megatron ordered the silent mech as Soundwave nodded.
"If it pleases you, Lord Megatron. I'll warn our troops in the mine to prepare for an Autobot attack." Starscream said as they all headed out of the lab to prepare to go to the energon mine.
"No, Starscream." Megatron said.
"But, master, we can't let the Autobots grab all the Energon." Starscream insisted but stopped as he saw a sinister smile on their leader's face-plate.
"Do not worry, we'll make sure that they don't get anything. Except the loss of one of their allies." Megatron said as everything was going perfectly now.
Meanwhile, the Autobots were getting close to the mines as they talked among themselves to pass the time a little.
"Man, this is boring. Reminds me of the time I got separated from my unit and I got lost in the sea of rust." Cliffjumper said as Smokescreen looked intrigued by this.
"Sounds like a good tale." Smokescreen said as Emily watched them from walking beside Optimus.
"I hope we'll find something soon. I'm itching for a fight." Bulkhead said as Bumblebee beeped in agreement before Arcee spotted something.
"Look there." Arcee said as they went to hide as they finally found the Decepticon activity.
"Well look at that. An Energon mine." Bulkhead said as he saw the mining process.
"That's a whole lot of Energon." Arcee said as she saw that there was plenty of Energon that would last them a while as Emily observed the cons.
"And it looks like it's ready for us to grab it and bring it home. One thing I feel sorry about is that this is gonna be easy." Emily said as she saw there weren't many cons to fight but it was better than nothing.
"Yeah and here I was hoping for something a little more challenging." Cliffjumper agreed with Emily.
"Do not take them for granted, Cliffjumper. The Decepticons will do anything to protect this Energon. We must engage them now while we still have the element of surprise." Optimus told him as they nodded.
"Now you're talking." Cliffjumper smiled.
"So what are we waiting for? Let's hit them now." Emily said as she was about to rush in to attack the cons but Optimus stopped her before she could even get out of their hiding spot.
"No, Emily. I'm afraid you must stay here. We cannot risk your safety." Emily stopped as she looked up to him as concern and worry were in his blue optics as Arcee agreed with him.
"I'm afraid he has a point." Arcee said as she didn't want to risk Emily getting hurt.
"I'm okay, Optimus. You'll need my help to get this Energon and you know it." Emily looked up to him as she reassured him as Optimus thought of it and knew they needed all the help they needed so he came to a decision.
"Very well. But be careful." Optimus said as he slid his battle mask on as they got their weapons ready.
"I will." Emily said as she materialized the sword of Primus.
"Autobots, attack!" Optimus ordered as they got out of their hiding spots and charged.
The Autobots attack the Decepticons with all their strength as Bulkhead rushes straight to them by using his hammer and his brute force. Bumblebee along with Smokescreen and Cliffjumper are using their shooting to provide some cover for the others. Arcee and Emily help Optimus fight some cons in a good old fist fight.
After the fight, all of the Decepticon miners were offline for good and left the Autobots with a whole lot of Energon to take back home.
"That was easy." Bulkhead said as he switched his mace back to his servos.
"Too easy if you ask me." Arcee cross her arms as Cliffjumper leaned against some crates of energon
"I can't say that I had a lot of fun." Cliffjumper said.
"At least we got the loot." Smokescreen said as Optimus activated his commlink to call Ratchet.
"Ratchet, we found Energon."
Back at the base, Ratchet sighed as he was glad that they were okay but was even more glad that they found energon that would last them for a long while.
"Ah, thank Primus." Ratchet said as the kids smiled at this.
At the Energon mine, Ratchet asked if they were okay.
"Is everyone okay?" He asked and Optimus checked to see that everyone was okay.
"Yes." He said before they all tensed up as a ground bridge opened up not too far from them.
Megatron, Starscream, Soundwave, Knock Out, Dreadwing, Breakdown and Airachnid come out of it as the bots all got their weapons out as they were getting ready to fight them.
"Scrap." Arcee said as Emily stood behind Arcee.
"I did not see that coming." Cliffjumper narrowed his optics at the cons as Megatron smirked at them.
"Good job on defeating my troops, Optimus. You never cease to impress me. We both know that I can't let you go with this Energon." Megatron said as he was ready to test the same thing he did back in the Nemesis.
"Indeed. But I do not intend to debate this situation with you, Megatron." Optimus said as he gritted his dentas behind his battle mask but he was a little confused as Optimus saw that he had a smirk on his faceplate and that he was emitting that same purple glow and aura back at the mines when Cliffjumper was revived.
"Then I would say that we're in a bit of a standoff. But the tables are about to turn." Megatron looked at Emily as she felt her body pulsate when she made brief eye contact with Megatron.
Emily is starting to feel something bad was happening to her body as she held her head.
"Ahhhhh!!!" She fell down on her knees as she was holding her head in pain as the others saw this and were shocked by what was going on.
"Emily, Emily! Are you okay?" Arcee kneeled down beside her as Emily was trying to make the pain go away.
"What is it?" Bulkhead asked in worry as Bumblebee beeped in worry and concern as Emily was fighting for control just like the time at the old energon mine.
Back at the base, Ratchet was detecting something as he went to the computer to see what it was.
"That's weird. The computers detected... By the Allspark... This... this can't be..." Ratchet stepped back in shock and horror as the kids looked at him in confusion and worry.
"What is it, Ratchet?" Jack asked as he watched Ratchet type in the controllers of the computers.
"Is something going on?" Miko asked worriedly as Ratchet was typing faster to find the source.
"That's what I'm trying to find out. Come on, come on." Ratchet said before he checked the vitals of the others and saw that it was a detection of Dark Energon but grew even more shocked as it was faint but was growing rapidly inside Emily!
"No, no, no..." Ratchet said in fear as he quickly contacted Optimus to tell him what's going on.
"Optimus, do you read me?" Ratchet was starting to panic as he didn't see this coming and was getting extremely worried.
At the mine, Emily was growing weak as she tried to keep fighting as she shut her optic-eye tight.
"I don't know what's wrong with me! I feel as if something is... taking over...!" Emily told them as she was trying to fight with the last of her strength but she was losing quickly.
"Release it." Megatron said as Emily's optic-eye darkened and snapped open.
"Ahhhh!!!" Emily let out a pained scream as her body was starting to get covered by a dark purple smoke as the Autobots took a step back in shock and confusion as fear was starting to set in.
"Ahhhh!!!! No... no...!" Emily screamed out in fear as she tried to fight for control but Megatron was smiling evilly.
"Try to resist me all you want but you cannot resist the power of Dark Energon." Megatron said as the Autobots continued to watch in horror as Emily was struggling for control.
"Dark Energon?" Optimus asked in shock and surprise as he looked at Megatron in shock as he just continued to watch Emily go through pain but she was losing quickly as tears started to fall from her optic-eye.
"Surprised, Optimus? I've been working on a special project that could help gain me control of your human friend. I found it very curious that Dark Energon can affect her, a human." Megatron explained before Optimus remembered the discharge that Knock Out let loose after their trouble with the scraplets.
"No!!! Ahhhhh!!!!!" Emily screamed out in pain as more tears continued to fall from her optic-eye as she tried in vain but was losing the last bit of fight in her as her strength was growing weaker.
"Soon she will be under my control. And you'll be powerless against her. Now... arise my new dark warrior and obey me!" Megatron said before ordering Emily as her optic-eye glowed a bright purple light.
"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!" She let out a loud scream as the aura is starting to grow darker as Emily is going through a horrible change as the Autobots could do nothing but watch on in horror while the Decepticons watch in shock and surprise but confusion.
Her hair turned from blonde to grey. Her hands were turning into claws. An armor made out of darkness was covering her from face to feet.
Meanwhile back at the base, Ratchet was still trying to contact Optimus and the others but there was interference and only static was heard.
"Optimus? Arcee? Bulkhead? Bumblebee? Anyone? Scrap. There's no answer." Ratchet slammed his fist on the console as he feared that something happened.
"What's going on, Ratchet?" Ratchet looked to the kids as they saw fear, worry and concern in his optics.
"The scanners have detected a massive spike of energy. From the looks of it, it's Dark Energon." Ratchet said as the kids started to get worried and was fearing that something happened.
Meanwhile at the mine, Emily was almost done going throughout the transformation as she lost the last bit of strength in her.
"Ahhhhhhh!!!!!" Emily soon let out one last scream as the aura covered her completely.
When the transformation was over, she fell down to the floor on one knee but the most shocking part was her armor. Both Bots and Cons couldn't believe what they were seeing as she slowly stood up with her bangs covering her optic eyes.
"E-Emily...?" Arcee called her hesitantly but Optimus knew that it was too late to help her as she was in the control of Dark Energon.
Emily soon raises her head then opens her optic-eye which was now consumed with pure darkness as the Bots could feel it as Optimus knew that this wasn't Emily. It was still her but only someone else in complete control of her as one question ran through the Autobots.
Will they be able to save her from the darkness?
