SCARLET'S POV
Morning, around 9am. I sat in my cabin at the office. It's been a long time since I visited the office to work. Feels good to be back after all these days. I wanted to get back to the work aspect rather than staying home like a housewife. Alex had wanted me to stay back and relax, but I just didn't want to. Felt like coming to work and bringing him around. I'm safer around him.
There I sat on my chair, nothing to do though. Seems there's not as much work as I expected. Seems Alex got everything done without leaving any behind for me. What a darling he is.
I leaned against my chair, thinking about yesterday's event. Still excited with the fact that Sera is all better again. No more Carlos Brown bugging her around anymore. And Mr. and Mrs. Pearce finally have the peace of mind they were searching for after yesterday's event. Can imagine how they must be feeling after all that drama.
"I'm glad all this drama is over," I said confidently.
