SCARLET'S POV
"Is it me or do I have a feeling that Alex and Maximo are going to settle this with another round of argument accompanied with a fight?" I asked worriedly.
God knows I was terribly worried after Sera and I exited the dining room, leaving both Maximo and Alex all alone to settle their argument. Sera and I sat in mine and Alex's room, waiting patiently. Though we were sitting calmly waiting, our hearts weren't at rest.
"You're not the only one feeling that way. I feel the same right now. Did we do the right thing by letting Alex and Maximo talk this through?" Sera asked worriedly too.
We both looked at ourselves and rushed out of the room quickly. Sera raced me quickly to the dining room. I was getting closer when I noticed my little sister looking stunned as she stared away to the dining room. What's going on?
I arrived there and met both Alex and Maximo shaking hands in unity. I was stunned. "This is surprising," I said.
