SERA'S POV
All the way to the apartment, Mr Maxgazmo and I stayed quiet. I was thinking about Mr Pearce and his promise to help me out. I felt at peace, but at the same time I was worried and confused. Can Sebastian really be M.man? I think there's a misunderstanding here.
"Hey down to earth," Maximo called my attention. I looked at him as he glanced at me then back at the road. "We're here," he announced.
I looked forward and realized we were arriving at the apartment. I noticed a group of men as well as Ray. They spotted Maximo's car and came rushing towards it.
"Looks like your caretakers are here. You'll be safe now. I'll advise you to message Alex rather than calling. Don't want your sister getting worried," he suggested to me.
