ALEXANDER'S POV
It was late already. Dove and I were getting ready to leave the office and head home. I needed to set up my desk before leaving. Didn't want to return back here tomorrow, meeting it all messy. Yes, I made a mess so I have to arrange it. Dove was helping me out in the arrangement. I was pleased to see her when she came in to assist me. She was looking really excited. Thought of asking her now, but I'll do that later.
"Derek called me this evening. He and Taylor had an outing this afternoon. He wanted me to join but I had to turn him down, since I was busy," Dove narrated to me suddenly, while helping me out with the documents on my desk.
Derek? Is that the reason why she was excited? Just because of Derek? Now I was feeling displeased.
"Okay, good for him," I said, while focusing on the documents.
"He invited Lory, Sera and I over to his place for a Funtime. I agreed to go," Dove said to me.
