When Camellia was asked to recall her memory, she indeed read about what Dylan just told her. There is indeed some information about it, but she ignore it as she surrender herself with something else in her mind. So, at the end, she did not mind much about the other information on the flyers or the one from the news. In her mind, there is only one goal and that is to negotiate for her country and never have herself being the chess piece and get married.
