Chloe got out of the shower and headed to her closet, the spare bedroom closet, which was now the bedroom she used. She hadn't slept in the master bed or used the room in months now. She was not only avoiding it because that was where Jonathan had cheated on her with Veronica, but also because it reminded her of everything over and over. Just passing by the room she could see them in there on the bed and she could see their dead bodies.
She thought about what all she had to do for the day and sighed. Mr. Kawasaki at the insurance company told her to stop by after work to go over the paperwork. Work, she thought trying to decide what to wear to work. She took into account her night with Kendra as mild as it may have been she did consume quite a bit of wine and for the second night in a row.
