THE MEETING DAY
The white alarm clock on the right side of the bed rings as the clock hits 8:00 am, the loud noise breaks the sleep of Zee wrapped in a dark red blanket on the left side of the bed, She slowly turns around and scratches her head, the beeping sound gets louder and irritating.
"Sam, please turn off the alarm!" Zee mumbles in sleep.
"Sam, shut it down!" Zee continues to mumble.
Zee moves her hand across the bed in search of Sam. She opens her eyes to the empty bed. She crawls to the right and shuts down the alarm.
