Jon sifted through his thoughts and organized how to bring about the bar. Jon took a deep breath and began slowly, "Jaym, it's important you listen to what I say because humans think of us as a myth or pray to us. I opened this place with the permission of the highest God, Whispers, who manages all those considered good, neutral, and or evil." Jon brought out a blue agate, and it began floating in the center of his palm, which was then shining a light through it. "This is the certificate that gives powers to keep all beings neutral in here and permission to have the place opened to the public to gain experience, money, and potential love interests. I welcome here many after work or usual visits to Earth. Payment isn't always the usual currency you may expect in the human interactions and it's the majority." A projected certificate appeared, hovering over the crystal that was in an unfamiliar language and a signature at the bottom of the page. " As long as I keep doing well, I can keep the bar named Heavenly Hollow mainly giving some thanks to the highest God and Hollow because, well, I am an empty being originally and get filled with those closest to me. Those as in humans, angels, fallen angels, grim reapers and the like. I get a part of each of them and become filled. I can still break down if I too become, let's say, heartbroken, depressed, or unsure of myself like humans. Though I will be remade or reborn empty... Hollow."
Jaym sat there stunned after hearing Jon's reason for the name for the bar and couldn't help to think about Kayleb.
"Wait... wait. Wait. so then your bar gets visits from those that are working on our earth to just relax after work that was given by The God?" Jaym covered his mouth thinking about the people he's met over the years. All of them are always beyond just gorgeous.
"Yes, but..." Jon began repeating "...also those that do other types of work as well for like the heavens, underworld or the in-between." Jon added as he put away the last items of the bar after cleaning.
"Then, what am I?" Jaym began asking because he was a man of art that did photography.
"Well, to be honest, I'm not sure, though your eyes help distinguish a few career types. Originally, mainly only other beings come in and it's been a long since a human has come in. We thought you may have been human, but we cannot see your identity." Jon advised as he was getting the keys to lock up. "Let's go up and talk in my home above."
"Yeah, okay, wait. Do you think I can spend the night? This is a lot and we'll I'm not even buzzed now. Despite that, I'm a bit in shock." Jaym followed towards the door he recalled leading to the home above the bar.
"Yeah, no problem. You're my best friend. Anytime you need to stay, you're free to do so." They both began towards the house above and settled in the living room after Jon got water bottles from the fridge in the kitchen nearby. The night was too young for them, so Jon took his time easing the information anew for Jaym and making sure they discussed the basics before going to bed together. Like other nights, nothing happened between them. They simply slept, spooning one another.
