Samantha's car pulled in through the black iron gate after she had dropped his brother off at school.
She walked out of the car and heaved a sigh. She recalled how hard it was to convince Skylar to walk to school.
" Such a baby." Another sigh escaped his lips and Sam shook her head in disbelief.
" I think I need a glass of water." She collapsed on the couch as soon as she entered the mansion.
" What's happening?" Mrs Sarah glanced at her daughter with creased eyebrows.
" My throat has run dry from convincing your son to walk through the school gate." She rolled her eyes.
" You were stubborn too when you were a small girl." Mrs Sarah chuckled and Sam huffed.

Samantha grabbed her laptop and clicked on emails. She wanted to check if any hospital had answered one of her emails since she had applied for a job.
She wanted to get busy since that would help her get her mind off Alexander.
