The king and the prince were sitting right next to each other almost sticking on one another on the ground while resting their backs and heads on the walls.
They did not agree on sticking together like this but as a natural instinct when they found themselves in this type of danger with strangers and in a strange place, the only place that they felt safe is close to the people that they were familiar with.
"A snake? How is it even still alive? They didn't eat it?" The king slowly whispered when he caught a glimpse of a snake crawling on the ground out of their cell.
Claudius chuckled when he heard what the king said "Perhaps, they haven't seen it yet."
Both of them were out of energy completely and tired which is why they were talking slowly and even when they laugh anyone could notice how exhausted they were. They were almost numb.
