With his head still pointed up, his eyes lazily looked back down at her, the corner of his lips turning up further, "Of course, I wouldn't mind 'it' happening."

Hearing this, Daphne practically dislocated her leg as she pulled it away quickly, pressing her two legs tightly together as she looked away flushed. She continued to sit in the same position as stiff as a statue now, not moving at all and even afraid to breathe loudly.

Luckily, Lucifer did not talk about the incident any further as he closed his eyes again. Daphne looked out the window for a while and watched as the rain started drizzling again, slowly getting heavier.

After several minutes, she dared to move slightly into a more comfortable position, where she kneeled down at the ground of the carriage, leaning forward and resting one shoulder on the edge of the seat.
