"No!" the demons rejected Cenora's offer and the refusal did not necessarily surprise Cenora. She looked even calmer.
"Alright," was all Cenora could say in reply, "you guys want to take a part of my body, don't you? Take it now!" she continued calmly.
But the demons lowered their heads even more.
"Why are you silent? Do your job well, I won't hinder you even if you don't want to grant my request," Cenora said again.
"Miss, please don't be like this. What you are asking of us is a difficult thing. We don't want to kill you and hurt you again. We're just here to want you to be free from the curse of fate and make you happy without a burden, Miss."
