Chapter 2 - -`, A Misterius Book || 02࿐

Anila did not answer Mr. Malik's question, she just kept her head down.

Erika and her friends grinned happily.

"Look at that old granny, isn't she so stupid?" Erika said laughing sarcastically followed

laughter of his friends.

Anila started to walk away.

"Oh yeah, don't forget to bring your favorite ball on the teacher's table!"

Anila turned around for a moment, her eyes still lowered.

"And one more thing, Anila, no one is allowed to help. You have to bring it all yourself because this is a punishment," added Pak Malik.

Anila just nodded in agreement.

His feet walked towards the school warehouse, his thoughts were racing "Why am I being punished? Even though I was only a few minutes late. Meanwhile yesterday, Erika and her friends even skipped to not attend sports lessons but they did?" Anila's face looked sad, "Ah never mind." She warded off her bad thoughts.

"Just be aware Anila, who are you? Isn't it normal, right? The beauty is always in front," his heart reminded him.

Anila smiled. Take some stuff. He is now staggering carrying volleyball equipment. His right hand holds the ball bed. His left hand carries the net and a special ball belonging to Mr. Malik.

This time he remembered the book again. He forgot to ask Gata yet.

"Oh yes, I remember! Gata really doesn't like being talked to by his friends. He hates to talk or talk about things that are not important. It's better if he leaves late or leaves as early as possible. So maybe he was late, and I didn't see him. , thought Anila absentmindedly.

In a class, there is a man who is focusing on writing an assignment on the front bench. The man looks at Anila from the door frame. Daydreaming, staggering around carrying volleyball equipment.

Because he didn't focus on the road he was taking, Malik's favorite ball, which was brought by Anila, fell.

"Ouch!" The ball rolled. Anila tries to take it.

The man couldn't bear to see Anila having a hard time picking up the ball.

"Mom, let's go out," said the man briefly.

"Where are you goin?" asked Mrs. Ria who was explaining.

The man didn't care at all, he just left whether he was allowed to or not.

"Hey, answer me! or I will reduce your grade!"

Very indifferent, he still doesn't care about his teacher's threat just now. In fact, his steps only accelerated.

"Where is the child, being told to pick up the ball, it's like mothers shopping at the market. It's been too long!" said Mr. Malik, who with his big and muscular body was very much feared by the children. Maybe this is the effect of frequent exercise, his face looks very cruel.

"Andra! Find out where your friend went. Why haven't you come back yet," ordered Mr. Malik to Andra, the class president.

"Yes, sir!" without being asked twice Andra immediately rushed off.

Anila is still trying hard to pick up the ball that continues to roll. Every time Anila tried to reach him, the ball rolled further and further away.

Suddenly there was a hand to help him, simultaneously took the ball.

Anila's head looked up to see a man in front of her. Her hair is straight and thick. Her bangs slightly covered one eye. The clothes are not very neat. However, her body is very fit for any outfit. In fact, if possible even for the royal prince's clothes.

"Gata." Anila's face is smiling.

That man is Gata.

Gata only answered developing a smile. His handsome face, white skin is more perfect combined with the stinging morning sun.

"Why are you here Gata?" Anila glanced around, looking around for answers.

"Again," said Gata briefly.

"Ha? Do you want to? Gata! Skipping class is not good," Anila pretentiously advised.

"I'm not skipping." Gata replied coldly.

"Oh God... your attitude seems to make me transfer schools to the North Pole,"

"Hm, move on," his face remained flat. Even when joking though.

Anila just shook her head. Suck her smile.

"Bring the ball here." Drag Anila on the ball that Gata brought.

"No need, let me help carry it," said Gata avoiding the ball, rejecting Anila's offer.

"No need Gata. This time you don't have to,"

"No daddy I want"

"Come on, Gata, bring it here" Gata was still dodging, not wanting to give the ball away.

Gata kept twirling the ball up, sideways, his body until Anila still couldn't reach it.

"Gata!" Anila glared telling him to give.

Gata finally relented, gave the ball, he had not released it. Suddenly Andre came.

"I see, I was told to take volleyball equipment. Wait, even dating here..."

Anila looked at Andra in surprise, releasing the ball suddenly. Until Gata jerked back.

"No, it's okay Ndra, no one is dating. You just misunderstood," Anila tried to explain with smug smiles.

"What's the proof? You two are here, right?"

"Hey, Andre!" Gata raised his voice.

"Heh?. Hah heh, hah heh! I'm your upperclassman!" Andre grumbled not accepting it.

Anila thought the two would have a long argument. He had to make an effort to end it immediately.

"Bring here the ball!" Anila then snatched the ball from Gata's hands.

"Come on, Ndra, come on Ndra! Let's go to the field hall again, let's just leave it alone," said Anila, pushing Andra's back while objecting to carrying.

"Heh, Lakik! Help!" shouted Gata asking Andra to help.

Andre looked back. His eyes bulged again. Whispering to get into a fight.

"Come on, Ndra, let it go! You'll be punished by Mr. Malik later!" Anila warned.

Gata was silent, trailing further and further.

Anila looked back, moving her mouth silently.

"Don't go home later, there's something I want to talk to you about..."

Gata who understands. Convincingly pointed to himself "Me?" that's what it means.

Anila just nodded smiling and walked back to the volleyball court.

* * * *

"What is it?" asked Gata starting a conversation under a tree in the school garden. Their favorite place to meet.

"Wow, Impressive! You ask?" Anila teased in surprise.

"Yes, I want to,"

"Ugh..." Anila gasped in annoyance. His friend never took his temptations seriously.

"What is it?" he asked again, making sure.

"No, I'm just annoyed. It's useless talking to you, it's just like talking to a photo, you know?!" snorted Anila.

"Have you ever chatted with my photo?" Gata teased him flatly.

"Shit, no, that's just what it is. Why am I talking to your photo?" Anila pouted for a moment, looking at the face of the man beside her.

"So, yesterday you gave me a birthday present?" he asked excitedly.

"Hmm."

"What? A book isn't it? What did you give me? Ha? A book, right?" Anila really can't stand silence, she wants to get an answer immediately.

"What book? I just want to make a surprise outside with you, your brother is prohibited," he said, looking lazy.

"Huh surprise?" Anila's eyes bulged in disbelief, "What a surprise? – Aih you," Anila blushed, averted her gaze to the side.

Gata snorted happily, "Yes, I sent a gift, but I didn't send a book. I just sent a few things that were on your old diary list," Gata explained briefly.

"Ha? Old diary? You read?" Anila grumbled.

"At a glance,"

"Ishh, you are! Shame! It's rude to know!" Anila averted her eyes, folded her arms in anger.

"Sorry, hehe.... I want to,"

"Ish, then? You didn't give me a diary, did you mean?!"

"No, I don't think there are any books,"

"The book is blue, it says 'Mereya' on the front?"

Gata shook his head.

"Come on, don't lie, or I'll get angry," Anila threatened

"Just get angry, it's normal to be angry too. After all, am I lying? It's better not to answer questions," said Gata, exhaling lightly.

Anila was silent. Daydream. Gata is right, he often ignores the people around him. Lazy to talk. Not to mention lying about such unimportant things to him. Very reasonable.

"Hey, why?" Gata awakens Anila's daydream.

"No, no daddy,"

"Okay, let's go home"

Gata is actually curious, his cold nature requires him to let go of his curiosity. They walked side by side with Anila who was still daydreaming.

"So, if it wasn't Gata who gave the book? Then who?"

Everyone has gone through Anila's interview but no one has said 'Yes'.

In fact, even Anila even asked Erika. As a result, he got insulted again.

"Okay. Forget it! Maybe that book was sent by god to me. Or maybe there's something mysterious that I don't know."
